Caitlin did a great job helping us sell our family home of 40+years and all the complications inherent with needing to do so swiftly in order to pay for the care home for our Mum. The lettings team at streatham have been fantastic, Abs Odukoya, Alex Da Sulva, Jenelle Wright and Fahim Choudhury are all super helpful, professional and vero good at their job. I would recommend them ans will be using them again in the future.

The team at KFH were by far the most professional estate agent that I dealt with. In particular, Caitlin was incredible at keeping me informed of properties matching my search criteria which ended up with me buying my first property. I can't recommend Siobhan and the team at KFH Sydenham enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were very professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. There were numerous times throughout the sale process where Siobhan stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track. If it wasn't for Siobhan's prompting at a key point we likely would not have been able to complete on our desired date. Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work
