Kelly and team at KFH have done an amazing job letting our apartment. A tireless work ethic meant that even when Kelly was not in the office (weekends and days off!!), she was contactable and on top of any issues that came up. Super effort well done!

The entire team at KFH in West Wickham have been professional, caring and really excellent in communication with us. Sean has been particularly involved and his calm and personable approach has been much appreciated. Selling my father's house, where I had grown up, was an emotional thing to do and the human touch, with a sprinkling of humour has really eased the way. The team strived to negotiate the best price in the current market and the foot fall during the sales period was good. I would highly recommend KFH West Wickham to anyone looking to put their property on the market. Thank you team for all you have done!

I can't recommend Siobhan and the team at KFH Sydenham enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were very professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. There were numerous times throughout the sale process where Siobhan stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track. If it wasn't for Siobhan's prompting at a key point we likely would not have been able to complete on our desired date. Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work
