We cannot thank richard kendall enough!!! All the staff are extremely helpful, nothing feels too much trouble. When our sale fell through they went above and beyond to get our house seen again and achieved a sale only 12 days later!! We really felt cared for and valued right till the sale went through. They updated us every step of the way, chased people to help keep things moving; you can really feel the family values come through in the work they do. Would highly recommend to anybody!!

Karen sold our aunts house for us. The property was leasehold.This led to numerous delays due to solicitors raising queries and not communicating. The sale finally went through this was in no small way due to the tenacity of Karen. She was constantly pushing the sale and kept us up to date. She provided a first class service

I would give 0 star if I could. I am really not happy with the service provided by Karen Dawson. I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.

Very unhelpful staff (at least the woman I talked to).
0 willingness to help.. I went in asking what properties they had in the area with certain criteria and she replied: I can't do anything for you, you need to go through checks and referencing then I'll add you to a mailing list.
Why do you even have an office.
