Avoid this place at all cost. I placed and offer giving the asking price for a property, I called 3 times to ask for an update only to get a response "we will let you know once the seller decides". Today I got an email that my offer was rejected and no option to increase it. When I called to discuss, willing to increase my offer significantly, I was told that I should have increased my offer even if it hadn't been rejected. 41 years of life never heard that before, that's completely against the laws of "offer and acceptance".
Also the advice I was given was to always offer my top offer straight away, ok that's another new for me. Next time I will offer 50% above asking price to entertain myself and waste peoples time.

Amy Heaton has been amazing in helping me on my journey to purchase my first house.
Complications do arise, but Amy has progressively guided me through every step of the way providing support and guidance from Acceptance to completion. Very rare trait found nowadays to get someone who takes their work seriously.

Ryder & Dutton , particularly Jessica have been brilliant with my sale. I felt I was kept up to date throughout the sales process even though I live hundreds of miles away from the property being sold.
My dealings with Jessica have been really positive, the sale turned out to be slightly tricky but Jessica stuck at it and got the sale over the line. Great company.

I can’t thank Jessica Williamson at the Oldham branch enough for all her support through this journey, it has been stressful however she made it so much smoother. She was quick with her responses and explained everything thoroughly as much as she could. Thank you Jess for everything! The rest of the team are just as helpful and friendly as we viewed quite a few properties before finding the right one for us!

Alex Kershaw and Moira Cording in letting's advice and expertise to rent unfurnished was the best decision I have made. They communicated with me every step of the way regarding vetting, making sure my conditions for letting was satisfactory. They have gone beyond their duty to help chase up repairs for external works which the council is responsible for as I'm leaseholder. I have been with Ryder Dutton for the last 15yrs and will remain with the company under the management of Wendy Robinson. They have never disappointed me, and like other members of staff over the years who have helped along the way I thank them all.

From deciding to sell with Ryder and Dutton and through to the quick sale (subject to contract )of our property we were extremely satisfied.They all communicated well with the various viewings and was able to give us feedback on them.We were so impressed at getting an offer for our house so quickly and that all the staff managed the the various viewings efficiently.
