They looked into my case professionally and quickly and advised me in a much better manner. Annie and her team are so personal. It felt so different from the other agent. As a landlord it’s so important to have trust in your agent to do a great job. I highly recommend for a fair and professional service.

He recommended a perfect house for us to view that we had previously not considered. Turns out his recommendation was spot on! We've made an offer on the home and will be calling Belper home in the near future. Adam was great. Recommend him highly.

Even though they weren’t responsible for acting on our behalf, they were always happy to assist us with any queries, were easily contactable, kept us updated without us even asking, and supported us through the stress of it all. They are friendly, professional and put us at ease! We will definitely be using them once we are ready to sell ????

From the initial phonecall to handing over the keys David, Nicola and the team at Smartmove have been truly amazing. Always polite and professional and there to answer any questions no matter how trivial. Not only did Smartmove help us to sell our home but they actively helped us search and find our next one! A special thank you to Imogen who always kept us informed along the way. We really appreciate all of the teams help and if we ever need to sell again there is no doubt we would use Smartmove again.
11th Jun 2024 (2 days ago)I chose Boxalls because they were the only agent to be truly no sale no fee. Other agents offer very glamorous photos which if for any reason you then don’t sell with them you have to pay for. As a buyer I prefer genuine and accurate photos of how a property really looks like without special effects. I liked the more old fashioned and personal touch of this agency. Each of the people from the office that I had contact with put me at ease and in turn believed they would treat prospective buyers in the same way. My house sold within a week of putting on market.

He has great Knowledge of the market and a first class sales pitch The office communication could be sharper by keeping the customers regularly informed and being more evident with what is being done
18th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)It was the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I’m shocked!! They told me to send them my lease the landlord is interested in your business. I have provided all the requirements perfectly. Suddenly they called me and told me the landlord has chosen another tenant in private apart from the company and has decided to give it to another tenant. I have paid for expenses in lease preparations everything was perfect! I think it is the agents fault !!! But when a property, unit owner r a shop is given to a company only this company can do the renting or selling process… this is a big lie and it’s really a shame for this company..
30th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Had a viewing today with rob of a studio flat, upon arrival rob was very professionally presented and welcoming. During the viewing he wasn’t pressuring or pushing nothing and was freely answering many questions. Very professional and helpful. 100% recommend
