He arranged three mortgages and helped us navigate through a particularly complicated process to buy our new house. He helped us in our dealings with estate agents and solicitors. He was professional, personable and helpful, a pleasure to deal with, as were the whole Stony Stratford Team.

We have been kept up to date and had all of our calls returned even though we are the buyer not Ankit's client. We have been able to rely on him for advice and updates at every stage, we cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend!

12th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)I rented a house with these agents for a year and I would not recommend them. They are very difficult to contact for maintenance issues and some fixes they said would be finished before we even moved in (e.g. fitting curtains in the bedroom, repainting the walls was 'done' very badly as they were different patch colours of white) were never completed during our tenancy. They also tried to withhold our deposit at the end of tenancy due to items being left in the house... even tho I had previously agreed with them that, as the items where there when we arrived, they could stay at no cost to us. Luckily I had emails to back this up so we did get most of our deposit back. But even when we agreed an amount of the deposit to return to us (almost the total sum), when they sent it to my bank it was less and what we had agreed. When I left them know this they did send the rest however I wouldn't trust them at their word so make sure you keep a paper trail and get all agreements in writing.

27th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)Sanj at Avenues was professional, timely, knowledgable & attentive to the market. He went above and beyond at no extra charge. We were living abroad when selling and he kept an eye on the property for us to cover our insurance requirements and responded positively to other requests we made. He was very quick to respond to emails and follow up queries or chase solicitors for us. He helped us achieve the price we were looking for very quickly, and guided us through the process seamlessly. Fabulous service all round.

He was really friendly and knew lots about the property and area, and personally was one of the best viewing experiences we’d had from enquiry to giving feedback. Can’t speak on behalf of lettings but my experience with sales was excellent.
20th Jul 2024 (15 weeks ago)Recently sold my house in Towcester and purchased another property in a different area. Ben was excellent in advising not only on the sale but my purchase as well. Nothing was too much trouble and he chased to get the completion sorted smoothly. Would thoroughly recommend.

Only offer was from property developer and was £47,500 below Taylors top end valuation. Lost confidence. Remains unsold. Intend to change agents.

6th Oct 2024 (26 days ago)We purchased and sold with Alexander Lawrence, we were selling our first house so we had never been through the selling process before but Alexander Lawrence made it as stress free as possible for us and explained the process to us every step of the way. Their communication with us was exceptional, they used whatsapp as opposed to emails which made the communication instant which really helped in the later stages of the sale. They went above and beyond and contacted us every week with updates so we never felt out of the loop. The same applies for the buying process explaining exactly what was needed to progress. The whole team at Alexander Lawrence were professional, experienced, supportive and friendly and we cannot recommend them highly enough, we wouldn't use another estate agent if we ever decided to sell again. Special thanks goes to Sam, Nick and Tom who guided us through from start to finish. We're finally in our perfect family home and we couldn't be happier!

When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

From beginning till the end of sale and even after that; she helped me in every way possible to do a very good sale of my property in Tattenhoe. Her enthusiasm to sell a property, present it in the best possible way for photo shoots and doing all the showings however late or on a Sunday; cannot be compared to the Hight St estate agents who only do 9-5 job. Sharon handled all the difficult tasks for me,very patient in answering my doubts and queries even after exchange of contracts. She responded immediately to my calls or emails; never thinking house is sold ; so why bother. I really appreciate her dedication to her job and in wanting to do it to the best of her ability;"which is way beyond others. I have recommended her to all my friends because she makes time for you and the sale of your house and in making you special as a client. Truly happy with the outcome of the sale of my property by Sharon; who handled it professionally and sold it quickly for me.

I have never been so grateful for that recommendation. When Adam first walked through my door I warmed to him instantly. He is very straight to the point and says it how it is which I think is brilliant. I had already had two valuations by other agents, but Adam was the only Estate Agent who showed me what research he had done and why my house could go on the market for that price. After about 10 minutes of talking to Adam I knew I wanted him to sell my property. Everything was done so quickly and professionally. The photos and write up on my house was just amazing and it actually sold within four days of it going on the market. After selling I needed to find somewhere to live which Adam had already said him and his team could help me with. Adam gave me recommendations for a solicitor and a mortgage broker and I was again extremely thankful as both were brilliant. When it came to buying my purchase this is where I can not fault or recommend the lovely Daryl. He has been my absolute hero through the whole process of my purchase and the sell. Daryl has so much knowledge of Shared Ownership. For me this was a new route to go down and I felt very nervous and unsure about it all, but Daryl made it so easy to understand and went through it all with me. He helped me with any paperwork that I didn’t understand, any question was never to small or silly to ask at any time of the day. Both Daryl and Adam were always available on the phone but If they didn’t answer you could guarantee they would always call back or even when it came to collecting vital documents they would be there. Daryl went above and beyond as an estate agent and made me feel at ease and nothing was ever too much trouble for him to do. As a single mum getting on the property ladder again was a very scary time for me especially as I had lived in my old house for 18 years. Daryl’s expertise about Shared Ownership’s made my life so less stressful. I could go on about how amazing, caring and wonderful Daryl is but I would be here forever. If you need to know anything about buying a Shared Ownership I would highly recommend Daryl. On the day of completion, Daryl arrived at my new house and was there when I received my keys! I can not thank you enough for all your help and mostly for the wonderful support you have given me to start a new chapter in my new home. My journey of selling and buying with Haig property Professionals, is an understatement when I say they made my experience 100% less stressful. I would not use any other estate agents if I was to move again. Thank you Adam and Daryl for being THE BEST at what you do. You are amazing and I will forever be grateful to you both.
