Clive’s patients with us was commendable. Lucie showed us many properties and never lost enthusiasm for the task. We would recommend W H Brown of Aylsham. We bought through them and their communication was fantastic, always answered the phone and responded to emails quickly. No problem too big or question too small. Lovely touch to provide a welcome home pack full of goodies on the day of our completion! Very impressed with them, would highly recommend to others!

We found every person who works at this branch to be professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We truly felt that they had our best interests at heart and executed a perfect sale within an excellent time frame. Everything has happened at a fast pace, and any questions or doubts I may have had have been completely put to rest. 8th Jul 2024 (17 weeks ago)Money Properties were actually my sellers agent, but as their service was so good (Tracey in particular) I thought it worthwhile to write a review. From first contact all the way through to completion, Tracey worked hard for me to enable my dream of buying my house very close to my elderly parents. She was professional and always friendly and approachable in what was a relatively quick buying process but with quite a long chain behind me so was quote stressful. She always ensured I was kept in the loop and really pushed hard to get to exchange and completion with a short deadline. I can't recommend her and Money Properties enough and should I ever look to be selling my house in Wymondham or if anyone asks me who to recommend, it will be them.- 2nd Oct 2024 (30 days ago)We had a brilliant experience with William H Brown. As first time buyers, my wife and I had very little idea about the processes of getting a mortgage, and buying a property. But with the help of their Mortgage consultant, Andy, we were led by the hand throughout the entire process, and made to feel at ease. Communication was brilliant, questions were quickly and clearly answered which made the overall process flow smoothly. If you're a first time buyer, these guys are the ones to go to!

It was the LEAST stressful house sale I have ever been involved in; they pro-actively got on with it to progress the sale, keeping me up-to-date when necessary. I always felt I was in a safe pair of hand and I would not hesitate to recommend Natasha, Fleur and the whole team at Arnolds Keys. Thank you again.

1st Oct 2024 (4 weeks ago)Overall the agents and especially Hayley were very good. We were told that we would have an allocated person to speak to from the beginning, which didn't really happen until we were closer to selling. This was a little disappointing, but not a deal breaker. And the number of different telephone numbers we were contacted from was confusing, we never seemed to get the right one to return a missed call! We are obviously pleased with the end result and would (have already) recommended the Norfolk Agent to family and friends

18th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
