Hamish handled the negotiations brilliantly, keeping me constantly informed and securing a bid well above the guide price within eight days of the property going on the market. The team kept me fully informed at every stage right up to Hamish being able to call me to say the sale at been completed on schedule just four weeks after exchanging contracts. Highly recommend their expertise and service.

Given the increasingly dire geopolitical situation and the change of government in the UK, he still did what he predicted, on time, and found a qualified buyer our house in Mayfair. He is not called 'Mr Mayfair' for nothing! We have now exchanged contracts.
