28th May 2023 (1 year ago)My property is currently under offer, l have been very pleased with all aspects of the sale process so far. I received good advice regarding the asking price. Feedback after the 27 viewings was made quickly and allowed me to adapt the asking price and then achieve an acceptable offer. I have no hesitation in recommending Greenslade Taylor Hunt.

She kept me on track through a long and winding process. Natural communication. Honest advice. Never pushy. Always on the ball. I must also mention Ray, who was a natural at the viewings. These guys know their business, AND know their community. Highly recommended (and I'm fussy).

16th Oct 2024 (16 days ago)I cannot recommend the Bradley team highly enough. After interviewing 6 estate agents, I chose Bradleys because I felt they sold houses rather than just marketed houses. This proved to be the case, and we sold our house within a week at the price we wanted. The service Josh, Freya and the team delivered to support our house sale was excellent and, although there were delays in the process outside anyone’s control, we successfully moved into our new house. A huge thank you to everyone involved!

Tim in particular, and also his staff, went above and beyond our expectations ensuring that our sale went through as smoothly as possible and reducing the stress we were under. We cannot recommend Webbers highly enough and Tim in particular.
9th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)This agent has been so unprofessional with our rental property. We are overseas so we put a lot of trust into the management of our house. First they were keeping our rental payment for months in their bank account before paying us. It got so bad that we had to get the tenants to pay us direct. They admitted to poor management and loss of our paperwork, including contract at this time. The annual report never reflected the true state of the property. 4 photos are not enough!! They should have been taking at least 30-40 photos. Damp that we found a year ago which we never knew about until we visited the property, render on garden wall falling off, cupboards next to oven burnt and discoloured, to name a few of the issues. This was so upsetting that we decided to sell the property. Then to add salt to the wound we had to pay the agent 1% of the selling price as our tenants bought it, who they had found for us. Be aware of that clause we had forgotten about it as it had been many years since we had signed this contract. You really need to be checking your house yourself to make sure it is being maintained. Sadly we were only too willing to maintain our property if we had known more. What we did see from the photos we did attend to but that also took months to get done, although emergency work was attended to promptly. As a result of the lack of upkeep we had to reduce the asking price. Lesson learned and hopefully the agents read this and manage their properties much better!!

25th Jun 2024 (18 weeks ago)Phoned reference a property which to be fair was a bit cheeky as it was a fair bit under the asking price (£20k under on a £295,000 house) but the lady was very pleasant on the phone and stated I would receive a call back. The call from the person who I think may be the owner never happened and when I called back was made to feel a bit of a fool for even offering with a reply of I know the client and he is neither in need of, or inclined to accept such an offer. A simple I'm sorry they are not likely to accept would of been a better reply I think.

We have dealt with a lot of Estate Agents during the last couple weeks and found Amy to be THE BEST by far - would highly recommend to anyone.

5th Jul 2024 (17 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
