8th Oct 2024 (24 days ago)Absolutely appalled to have received an unsealed letter through our front door today encouraging landlords to increase their already ridiculously high rent. It is utterly immoral to be encouraging greedy landlords to be demanding 2024 rent prices for properties with 1970s kitchens and bathrooms, black mould, damp, single glazing and with bits of the home literally caving in and roofs collapsing all of a sudden. We have personally had to help distressed neighbours move out of their homes because they can no longer afford their extortionate rent. You are adding to extreme financial pressures to tenants, which are putting an enormous strain on people's mental and physical health. This is a shameful move on your part, Winkworth. Greedy and unethical and disgusting. Well done, Winkworth, for making life even harder for hard-working renters who can't catch a break and get on the property ladder. Please reassess your principals and do some serious self reflection.

From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Tai was amazing from the beginning, always available to reassure us, answer our questions and ensure this process go as smooth and quick as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone.

29th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Hamilton Chase was one of three estate agents we approached to sell a two-bedroom, two-bathroom garden flat in New Barnet. Of the three, Hamilton Chase stood out as being both realistic (to the vagaries of the housing market), yet acutely aware of the outstanding unique selling points of the large, private terrace and very quiet neighbourhood. Kevin Peters looked after us very well. Proactive, courteous and always professional, he responded quickly to our initial contact - and continued to manage the sale process through all stages with expertise and patience gained over many years in the business. We were unable to always be on hand during the sale process, and Kevin was especially helpful in 'minding' the property in our absence to make sure everything remained ship-shape and looking its best. Although 'above and beyond' is a cliche - and, in this case, an understatement - it nonetheless sums up Kevin's commitment to our sale, and we have no hesitation in recommending him and Hamilton Chase to anyone who is searching for a top-quality estate agent. We didn’t have that option with the agent we were buying through and it was a real advantage with Paul Wallace. We’re unlikely to move again, but if we did, would have no hesitation in contacting Peter.
29th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)We have just completed our property purchase through Atkinsons and the whole team have been amazing from start to finish. Nic took the time to ask questions and understand what kind of property we were looking for at the start of our search, and because she had taken the time to get to get to know us was able to identify and show us a property that ticked every box just as it was coming to market. That house is now our house, and while the process of getting from offer accepted to completion became complex and difficult at times as we lost our initial buyers, we had Claire supporting us and making sure the sale and chain stayed together to complete. We are grateful for their genuine attitudes, friendliness, support and professionalism and that as agents they were kind and patient throughout.

From the outset, Nicky and her team were professional, approachable and responsive. After an initial market appraisal, we had several positive viewings which culminated in us achieving a sale price in excess of the valuation. It was our first house and was quite nerve wracking because of how complicated the process can be. Cos and Element Properties made it so unbelievably easy through start to finish and even when we were preparing to buy 2 years prior they helped all the way back then, which I didn't think they would. They were passionate and they helped at any time when we needed them. I will always use their services in the future! Thanks guys!!
8th Oct 2024 (24 days ago)Andre Esty, has been absolutely brilliant with helping me find a suitable tenant within 5 days of the previous tenant moving out! In my 10 years as Landlord I have never had such quick success. Andre also helped me with finding cleaners, contractors and sent me lots of pictures of the works carried out. I am not based in London so this seamless and personal level of service was priceless. Andre, is professional, smart and really really happy. He is respectful and friendly. I hope I continue to work with Andre for years and wish him all the luck. He has really gone above and beyond and I have yet to find an estate agent as genuine and honest as Andre.
