Would recommend anyone to speak to the team about managing rental properties or selling a property. They have a great team ready to help.

4th Oct 2024 (28 days ago)Absolutely awful company. By far the worst letting agency on the market. The owner must be clueless or downright greedy as they steal people's deposits. So many others say the same thing, and they are literally the reason letting agencies get a bad rep. We left our apartment in immaculate condition, better than when we received it, which we have photo and video evidence of, yet they still deduct money from the deposit, so there is literally no point in cleaning your apartment when you leave as they will still deduct money from your deposit. Louis was also terrible to deal with, taking ages to reply and not helping whatsoever. AVOID.

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. Def worth considering this independent where we feel we got a more personal approach. Thanks again Vanilla Square!

We were constantly kept in the loop and never felt like we were asking silly questions. Everyone we have dealt with at Walker Wylie have done their utmost to help us with our move and we would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Faked the inventory report when I moved in, everything is a mess when I moved in.
1st Aug 2024 (13 weeks ago)We enjoyed the relationship between us and Scottish Property Centre Shawlands while our tenancy lasted. They are top on our list of Letting Agents to do business with. If we have to rent again or buy tomorrow, they’ll still be top on the list. Patient, understanding, humane yet very professional. A big thanks to Laura Smith, Olivia Thompson and Gregor Cope - fantastic guys. Keep it up. God bless you guys.
24th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

23rd May 2023 (1 year ago)Excellent experience with Ross Yates. He was straightforward to deal with and kept us up to date from beginning to end. He gave us very good advice on how to present the house. He is a qualified surveyor so had a good eye to reassure re minor issues. We couldn't recommend him more highly. We dealt with him alone from beginning to end (not like the larger agencies) and he did all the viewings himself from early morning to late evening seven days a week if needed.

Before she gave the valuation she sat and explained the process providing us with information. The appointment wasn’t rushed, Lesley answered all of my questions, she also said we could contact her anytime if we had any further questions/concerns. Would highly recommend Lesley and her team Beth & Audrey ????
5th Jul 2024 (17 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

Jackie, Lynsey and the team are very professional and hard working and to my complete satisfaction have rented my property within a week and at the price they recommended. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to other landlords.
