Their local knowledge of the area is a bonus to any buyer. Couldn't ask for a better estate agent. They even put up with my partner popping in every 5 minutes to see how things were going! Amazing team of dedicated professionals.
27th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)I recently used Pattison Lane for my move to Kettering, and the experience was excellent. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but the team at Pattison Lane made the process much easier with their helpfulness and, above all, their kindness. I had numerous questions—some quite trivial—but my letting agent Katie was always patient and responsive, answering each one with care. I’d also like to give a special mention to Natalie and Melaina, who were just as kind. I highly recommend Pattison Lane as an estate agent for their exceptional service and genuine support.

It was a great property so she immediately got the process started and I moved in just a few days later. She even came after her work timings just for the handover so I could move in early. So happy with the quick responses and efforts poured in!

She makes working with Connells an absolute pleasure. I really appreciate her effort towards securing us a mortgage offer. Looking forward to more pleasant deals with connells.
23rd Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)Please do not go with this group of cowboys. We rented our property with them for one year and the experience was horrendous. Their electrician quoted £1500 for work, we then got the work completed be a different qualified electrician for £150. The staff were very rude and pushy towards using their own tradesmen, that’s if you could speak with a member of staff on the phone without them cutting you off. They have taken 2 months rent payments from our tenant who is a pensioner with limited funds, even though their contract has ended, we have been fighting to get this money returned for the past 3 weeks, with no joy as yet, even though they admit it is entirely their fault, they each blame different departments. Absolutely would never recommend this company.
25th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Alex was great and friendly at the viewing and helpful all throughout references and the move-in. Correspondence with the rest of the team has been quick and easy. A fix for a maintenance issue was communicated clearly and rectified within a few short days.

8th Oct 2024 (24 days ago)I have had dealings with Chelton Brown Sales and Lettings and I have found both sides extremly professional, efficient and helpful. I was very impressed with how quickly the professional shots are taken and the property advertised. Tenant interest is almost instant. Chelton Brown has a stringent referencing process, which is reassuring for Landlords. I would definitely use them again and can highly recommend Mario from the sales side and the whole team from the lettings side.

18th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Also they sent me a remainder about rent by email i replied on that email same day that rent is clear they have no time to see that. Also I am complaining about water leaking it's been more then two years still no response. All they wants money no care about customers.

Will was especially exceptional and I enjoyed dealing with him, but all the staff you come into contact with are professional and equally a pleasure to deal with. 10th Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)The staff are polite enough when being interacted with regarding our property that we rent. However, time management is poor. We have regularly had scheduled house inspections so we can keep each party updated on the house and when they turn up all is well, but countless times they have not turned up to the house inspections when we, the tenants, have taken days off work to be available for this and consequently we’re out of wages due to this. It is unacceptable and they are consistently unapologetic. Communication between their staff needs to be improved as well as to their tenants.
