Me and my partner have been renting a property for almost three years now . Where this company has gone through many restructures and people leaving the company . Where our property handover has not been handled properly. Where we wait months for response to emails contract renewals or communication between the landlord and ourselves. Which has been a struggle to find any answers, still waiting now for an investigation to be completed about their miss communication. However I will say one BIG mention to Tyron in their maintenance department. First occasion I was mis directed to his department about contract renewal, even though it wasn't his job he chased up all the emails sent to me and my partner and got through to the right person to talk to the landlord to resolve a matter . This all completed in the same day , yet the lettings department take weeks or even months or never respond. Ringing today for a specific maintenance problem with no hot water or heating for two days . He didn't hesitate and rang the contractor straight away to chase up why they haven't contact us . I remembered his voice and very thankful that it was him at the end of the phone knowing that the situation was being handled by a professional. Can not thank him enough for all his help while living in this property fulling well knowing this is not his job or his department to deal with half the issues we have had dealing with this estate agents....
