12th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)I looked at so many houses, nothing was right and then I stumbled across a new property. A viewing was arranged quickly with the staff at Hunter French Frome. It was a difficult process for me, but Ben and his team did absolutely everything to help the process. Very happy to be in my new forever home.

2nd Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)I have an extremely positive experience from NPE throughout my journey with them. From renting out my property which they have managed, to almost completing the sale process. I cannot recommend the team highly enough... efficient, communicative, patient, organised, flexible, responsive and above all kind to me.

4th Feb 2020 (4 years ago)I would give 0 stars if possible, as students we had a very poor experience with this agency and would strongly advise any other students to avoid renting through them. The agency fees for renting are very high, the property was dirty when we moved into it and a lot of furniture/ amenities clearly hadn't been replaced for a number of years as we had many issues during our time in the property. We also had a very lengthy dispute over the deposit when leaving, we eventually had to use the deposit protection service to issue a statutory declaration form to gain our deposit back (less a check-out fee).

17th May 2023 (1 year ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.

14th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)I’m sure there are some success stories but ours isn’t one. I would guess they couldn’t anticipate the disaster of the auction buyers solicitor or the fact the buyer was clearly trying to avoid stamp duty. After being assured everything was fine and above board the auction collapsed leaving us in a financial mess and no compensation. The second auction got unpleasant between solicitors (buyers not accepting it was an auction time line) The hope was for a quick sale, instead we are no further forward and out of pocket.
