Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. 1st May 2024 (8 days ago)We've lived in a property rented to us by Slater Hogg & Howison since 2018. Over this time we've trying to get damp and mould fixed but no joy. The people at Slater Hogg & Howison come to do a property inspection each time they photograph the damp and mould and say they'll get it fixed but don't. We've made countless complaints and raised the issues with the Property Ombudsman. A few weeks ago they sent out contractors to do a quote on fixing the black mould and damp, I'm heavily pregnant so would've liked the issues fixed before my baby is due to be born at the start of June but instead they've continually lied to us and now we've had sheriffs officers come to the door issuing an eviction notice to a heavily pregnant woman, no warning when my husband emailed for an updated on repairs on Monday, no email inadvance to say your landlord 'intends' to sell the property in July. We've been great tenants even though they've treated us badly, paid rent, each time we've had a property inspection they say how well we keep the place- and this is how they treat us. It's awful and extremely cruel. I do not recommend renting from them.
24th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Update: Bakewell put the rental property up, room requests for a day, and then put a for sale sign up. Absolutely a bait and switch for them to get rental data for potential buyers for their own property. I'm now including a photo of the for sale sign that went up right after. We never had a chance at rental. Scam. Original: Guarantor required for rental. 4 adults, perfect credit history, decades of rental history, combined earning is 10x the monthly rent... and they want a guarantor to earn over £51,000 per year, and risk their mortgage for a rental property. We have never come across such a restrictive and clearly unnecessary process for terms of rent. Who is going to risk their home for this? Ignored via email also. No response at all.

20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I Was super unhappy with the service I received from Lux,I sold through them and really thought they where different, but in fact they worked more for the buyer rather than the seller which was really disappointing, I never really felt they told us the true situation in relation to the buyer.
6th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)I recently moved in to a new property, which I bought through Aspire residential. From start to finish the whole team were professional, informative and extremely helpful. I couldn’t fault them. They were always on hand to answer any questions or update me on the process. Nothing was too much trouble. If at any point I was to consider relocating to another property, I would certainly consider using them to sell my house. So thank you to the whole team for making the process straightforward and easy to manage. I wish you all the best for the new office. I’ve no doubt if you carry on doing what you’re doing, you’ll make a huge success of it. It’s been a pleasure dealing with you.

9th May 2024 (0 days ago)The initial experience we had with zest was fantastic but unfortunately communication fell short. We were not updated weekly as we were informed we would be. There were also spelling mistakes in our advert on right move and Zoopla. Unfortunately for this reason, I cannot at this time recommend zest. Michelle is a lovely lady, she has a great aura and approach, I think we may have been unlucky as it seems her normal standard is high.
