3rd Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have just bought a house through Lovetts in Leamington Spa. I rarely write reviews but I wanted to acknowledge that Jas Bagri and Ryan Kros were great. They went over and above with what was at times a difficult process with the vendor. Always positive and patient and very communicative. I could not recommend them more highly!

8th May 2024 (2 days ago)Thanks to Graham Lee and his top class team, nothing was too much trouble. Even after we had completed, sold and moved we had follow up calls to see all was ok and did we need any help. Class act. They really made the agents we bought our new house through look shambolic and amateurish.

Andrew came to visit and his empathy, understanding of the market and his complete professionalism persuaded us to use his company. His colleague Rachel was our guide throughout the process and again nothing was too much bother and even dealing with probate was made easier with both Rachel’s and Andrews calm knowledgeable approach. I would not hesitate in recommending all the team at Daventry who always were quick to respond, supportive in their actions and above all in a very taxing time for our family very professional.

9th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)We had a bad experience with this company for Liasoning between the house owner and tenants. There seems to be a biased opinion and didn't support tenants for genuine tenancy issues. Completely inexperienced staff to deal with.
11th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)When I started searching for an apartment in York, Bridgfords was my best experience by far. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and Leeha was excellent throughout the rental process. 10/10 - if anyone moves to York, I recommend Leeha at Bridgfords.

18th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

2nd May 2024 (8 days ago)Another 5 star performance from Campbells.They seem to find the right buyers for the right property that’s why we keep using them.We have bought or sold 12 properties with them over the years.They give a fair valuation with a realistic target price and their approach to marketing is a bit different to other agents but it works.Mark and the rest of the staff work hard to get the right people through the door and when the sale has been agreed they see it over the line. Always spot on.
