11th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Greedy!! Cheap!! Unprofessional!! Unethical!! The Agency is very cheap and greedy. They don't give the property in clean and maintained way and expect tenant to manage and keep it maintained. An example is attached. This is how they have handed over the garden at the time I moved-in to property. I have raised concerned before tenancy process, over the phone, Justine has agreed that the owner will do the needful before I move in. At the time of key handover, I again raised the concern. She said, she will speak with the owner and do the needful. And after a month, when I am following up about the status, the property manager Duncan is straight away rejecting it and saying it in not in there record and since I agreed with the tenancy, it is my responsibility to clean it and maintain it. The previous tenant is also working with me. They have charged £600 for carpet cleaning and mowing the garden. When I have moved in, all the kitchen cabinets, oven, bathroom floors were full of stains and marks. And garden state is quite visible in the photo attached. Then why the seven hells they have charged such a big amount from the previous tenant if they did nothing. I don't recommend this agency and ask to avoid unless you have not any other option. They can only give you pain and stress and nothing else. It was my big mistake to choose this property and agency. Greedy!! Cheap!! Unprofessional!! Unethical!!

Gemma Hutton was outstanding with her relentless chasing of the other agents and solicitors which resulted in us being in before Christmas, a huge thank you from my wife and I.
8th May 2024 (12 days ago)We chose Roger Parry estate agents as from those who came to value our property, Jo Woollam was the most professional from the outset. Her enthusiasm and experience shone from the first, and from then, she was always readily available, immediately responsive giving positive and sound advice. She listened and showed understanding and as a result we sold our property after the third viewing at a time when the market was extremely slow. We are so very thankful that she was our agent and feel very lucky to have had such competent service.Thank you Jo you were truly outstanding!

3rd May 2024 (17 days ago)We have been stunned by the outstanding work. Literally went to view a rental property on the 1st of May and by 4pm on the 2nd of May it was ours! It's been super stress free & smooth sailing. Huge thank you from our family to Mark & the lovely lady I spoke to on the phone & whoever else was involved in making this happen. Lovely, kind and professional. Brilliant work, excellent service.
17th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)Really disappointing service from Martin & Co when viewing a rental property. No level of customer service. Lettings Manager didn't care that there were issues with the property, 'let as seen' attitude despite there being damage to walls and issues in the bathrooms, snagging issues throughout. Not provided any information on next steps or application process. Waste of my afternoon, having taken time off work to go and view the property.

1st May 2024 (19 days ago)I try to keep an eye out for properties that are empty and vulnerable close to my house but sadly am instead treated like I'm being nosy. Shame as I used to work st Connells. Also so many rented properties are not being maintained and are dragging areas down.

Throughout the process they communicated well, keeping all parties informed and also nudged things along where needed! We are very pleased that we selected Oulsnam Droitwich and would highly recommend them.

We originally dealt with Natalie, Claire and Louise, and latterly with Claire Oaten and Jacob. It has been an extended process and throughout our relationship every member of the team has shown nothing but patience, politeness and efficiency. I would highly recommend Kate, Rachael and the rest of the team to anyone looking to instruct conscientious and professional estate agents, both to sell or source properties within Worcestershire. They have a great understanding of the local market and a wealth of experience. I’ll certainly be using them again in the future.
5th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Terrible Until you pay everything goes well and then it’s just a joke. Just to mention a few: - moved in a brand new building, the door lock broke once, they advised me to go to an hotel for the night while waiting for the next day. Then they refused to pay for the room they told me they will pay and stopped replying to my emails, very unprofessional - lots of things weren’t working in my flat when J moved in and they didn’t help at all. I had to deal with everything - didn’t even get a proper check out document Definitely don’t recommend it
20th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

20th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)I cannot fault the service Jason at Jones & Associates gave. In a difficult market our house sold within 1 week of going online. Jason was fantastic throughout the process, keeping in contact, checking in, liaising with both parties solicitors too. I would highly recommend Jones & Associates, and without a shadow of a doubt come to Jason when I’m looking at either selling or buying again.
