We've currently sold the property waiting for it to go through but we knocked 15,000 off the property the garage that was attached to the property the staff thought it was next door and only when my brother was at the property when the couple were viewing he showed them the garage and also took them around the property I do feel tge garage helped with the sale and I did say this all along any way it sold at the reduced price

DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM. ASK ANYBODY WHO ACTUALLY HAS, DON’T TRUST REVIEWS.
They buy reviews and encourage reviews as soon as you sign the lease. However, they’re nothing but hell the second you sign that paper.
No introduction to the house (just take a guess where your water stop valve is, etc, because they have no clue !)
Expired carbon monoxide/fire alarms that they take a month to replace, drowning in leaks and mould without hearing a peep. Burst a pipe, house flooding with water ? Expect to be flooded out because they won’t even acknowledge you for 2 weeks. No emergency line, so get ready to pay for emergency repairs out of pocket.
Maybe they’re good to buy from, who knows, but honestly they’re shady so I wouldn’t trust them. They’d probably hide information and sell you an unliveable property, since they’re more than happy renting them.
Whitegates is infamous with the local contractors, just ask around and you’ll see the real Whitegates and not the image they try to project.

I had a great experience working with this housing agent. I had a response thesame day after viewing. Very supportive what what documents of required documents, explicit and patient with clients. Responding to calls and emails in time, availability of options to offer. My agent manager was great in every area. Well recommended agent

Lovely clean hotel and excellent staff.
As a very light sleeper, I requested a 'quiet top floor ( no noise from above! ) room, at 'the back' - unfortunately this was opposite the service lift, and at the side of the guest lift, and 'marble' stair case up to the 6 th floor rooms at the front and side, one of the sun decks, and the roof top pool, so on a very busy through route, and lots of noise from very early 'till after midnight.
After very 4 nights of little or no sleep ( I did my best each night, before it caught up with me! - I mentioned it to reception, on our way out to visit our Maltese friends, that the 'quiet room' was the opposite, for future reference to other quests. I washed unexpectedly told I could move rooms, at 2 pm - if we could vacate the current room immediately - as I mentioned, we had arranged to be picked up by our Friends in 15 minutes, but after a short delay, we were told we could view the new room now, and it would be made available straight away. We agreed to this and in 15 minutes we had packed and vacated the 5th floor room, and put our cases in the new 2 nd floor room! In time to meet our friends!
Although the new room was only on the second floor, and facing the main road, it was next to the end of the corridor ( so no people passing), and the road was very quiet after around midnight - so 3 great nights sleep followed - fantastic customer service .
We are regular visitors to Malta to visit our Maltese friends in Mgarr, and Melliha, and after try various hotels in the past, we were looking for a centrally based hotel we could use on every visit ( the Santana fits this criteria, also being a 5 minutes walk to the bus station - with busses to all over Malta, and even the ferry to Gozo!
All-in-all ( after a misunderstanding of their ' quiet rooms' ( which was professionally and promptly rectified after I had made the problem known to them) the Santana and it's staff are highly recommended, and we will indeed use it a again,- probably on every visit to Malta - once or twice a year, every other year - ( and hopefully it's outdoor pool later in the season, ( the indoor pool near the dining room was nice and warm in April ( and the food was excellent in every respect too!

Look nowhere else for an Estate Agent. Absolutely fabulous very smooth not one hiccup, a totally professional service from start to finish with great communication, information and honesty in valuation (not over inflated like others just after the listing), well done to all Whitegates Bebington staff, a simply perfect experience.
