What really impressed me was their individual care of me and attention to detail. 12th May 2024 (8 days ago)At first everything was fine I was not the perfect Customer by a long way however I am paying for a service We had offers which I was told to take which I declined I held on and on and eventually got my asking price Once sold it all felt a little pushy the week up to the moving day a lot of phone calls all needless about what time are you basically getting out the contract said 2pm On the day some old Rubbish about logistics ???? actually wanted to know at 0930 what time we are leaving several other calls followed in the end I said I would drop the keys of when I had finished moving At 1330 I took the keys to NEA on going into the shop I got greeted by a lady asking what do I want I said to drop keys She said he is on a call and is it rental or sales I said Sales she snatched the keys of me with out even a thank you Once they have your Money it seems they don’t care I have emailed Mark Peto which I still haven’t had a reply I was warned about NEA but thought I would give them a chance
18th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We were very happy with the service from Victoria and her team. She impressed us immediately on a day where we met with four other agents! Their communication was excellent, always keeping us updated and very responsive if we left messages or emails. They worked really hard to find buyers for a slightly unusual property. I would highly recommend them.

7th May 2024 (13 days ago)Not professional. After scheduling a 5pm viewing ( 9 Brechin Court) on a Tuesday a week in advance, the agent calls me around lunch time confirming the viewing, which I confirmed. At 4:55 (as I am 1 minute away the property) agent calls and says that the viewing is not possible and need to reschedule. They do not give a strong enough reason. The reason is the house at the moment is “not in a viewing condition”. No follow ups, not the slightest customer care shown. They need to understand their job and do that properly! Highly unprofessional, would not recommend this. Poor management, poor agents leading to a very unpleasant experience.
6th May 2024 (14 days ago)Earlier this year Walmsley both sold our house and the house we bought. We had an incredibly good experience with them in both instances. The people at Walmsley were fantastic at every stage: showing us houses, getting ours on the market, and during the buying/selling process. We couldn't be home when the photos of our house were being taken but Craig met the photographer and handled everything for us, including moving some incredibly heavy boxes to get a good photo of our spare room - something we did not expect him to do! Paula was absolutely fabulous once offers had been accepted and we were going through the buying/selling process. Like every house purchase, there were some bumps in the road, but Simon and Paula kept us well informed and we managed to navigate through. Now we are in the house of our dreams where we get to raise our toddler!
27th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Thanks to everyone at the Tilehurst Parkers office for all their help and support in selling my Dad’s home. It’s never easy selling a home, more so when you are doing it at a distance and there are several family members involved but Parkers have helped us through every step of the way. They have been thoroughly professional and prompt to respond when we’ve needed it. They have lived up to the sales pitch with effective marketing and on going support, helping us with contractors where needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The house was originally sold to my parents by Parker’s more than 60 years ago. Dad was very pleased that they were still just as reliable. Having the WhatsApp group was really effective for us as a family. Thanks once again. Hazel

14th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)It was a fantastic experience renting through ROMANS Thilehurst branch! We tried out many agencies in Reading, so we have a comparison. We have seen many flats and the way how they show them, so we can tell Romans Thilehurst are the best :) From start to finish, their team was professional, but also they had such a human approach and were incredibly helpful. Brilliant agent Nathan Poulter showed us the flat. Brilliant Lorraine Coakley continued our process with paperwork and all the formalities. The letting process was smooth and transparent, making us feel well-supported throughout our entire process. I appreciate their dedication to ensuring people have an excellent letting experience. I highly recommend Romans for anyone looking to find their perfect home with zero hassle!
27th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)I got a visit from one of your agent to estimate price for our property he came into our house and got a really rude manner, he came into our property he didn't even get bothered to take his shoes of he just walked through everything made our carpet really dirty full with mud without any care ! Well I would never use this type of agency to say"agent "who has zero respect about peoples home ! The first thing as an adult he should learn if you enter in someones house at least take off your shoes and respect the customers !!!

24th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Our first experience of using Strutt & Parker was in 2022. We had used an different agent to try sell our house for the 4 months prior but they were unsuccessful. Alice and Tom listened to what we wanted to achieve with our sale and offered information and helpful advice. We decided to let them roll out the strategy they put forward and trusted them to get the job done promptly. Alice took on the job of selling our home and gave us a very personal service, always listening to our needs and always doing her utmost to fit around us. Within a few days of the house going live on the net at the right price, we had a great deal of interest and we went under offer the following week. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again when we need an agent. Thank you S&P for all the help and hard work you put in to complete our sale in the month we required. 1st Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)First time in 8 years I had the opportunity to rent a flat through Martin &Co Agents. Sinced the beginning from the first viewing Kyra was showing the flat and explained everything perfectly personal and thu the emails aswell making things clear. Jaidan who took over later, he past us thru the referencing process,(wich was,rapid and efficient)then completing the process and the contract,everything went smooth and efficient and this agency they really impressed us when we went to pick up the flat keys they were attached with a company logo key holder not to mention a beautiful welcome ???? box with sweets and a lot of discount vouchers to different retailers. Thank ???? you for being the best Agents and Agency that I've encountered since my 8 years in UK. Keep up the good work and Happy Easter ???? ????

We would highly recommend Avocado Properties services to anyone looking for residential lettings or sales. Our agent Pooja was exceptional. From start to finish, she was super helpful and always ready to help. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. 1st Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!

Had an offer almost immediately unfortunately the chain fell through but a few weeks later it’s under offer again. The only reason they lost a star for value for money is I think all estate agents are expensive and should do more of a fixed price rather than a percentage.

James was always polite, friendly and gave level, unbiased advice. I would happily recommend EweMove to anyone looking to sell their property.
