Zero response, not even a courtesy call.. extremely unprofessional. I’m now in the process of contacting the owner of the property themselves to inform them.

From the initial consultation to the final closing, Jemma demonstrated impressive market knowledge, providing valuable insights and guidance that led to a super quick sale. With great communication and a proactive approach I felt Jemma really understood our needs and the 3D walking tour facility showcased my property in the best light possible. I wholeheartedly recommend Allen and Harris Highworth to anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy partner for their real estate needs, and Jemma especially. Also, the rest of the Chappells team has been amazing dealing with any questions or problems we’ve had since moving in. 6th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)At the start they were fantastic. Giving us advice on the value to market at was poor and we ended up Going with my recommendation. Negotiation with offers was terrible. Overall I was really disappointed and left wondering why I am paying them a fee. I felt like no one wanted to work for my sale - just take the first offer. However, we are also buying from Richard James and Alex from the wroughton office has been outstanding

Tied in to a one sided 20 week contract (in their favour) & very little interest from buyers or A & H. Total apathy, they are not the local company we all once knew & loved, in our case for over fifty (yes 50) years & used happily in the past to buy & sell property several times. They are part of a national company called SEQUENCE. Phone calls not acted upon or promised call backs not made, false statements ('we have people queuing up to buy houses like yours'). Make sure you negotiate the length of your contract & selling commission percentage if you are brave enough to use them. They are toying with people's dreams & don't seem to give a toss. Neither did their sister company in Weymouth where we are moving to but that's a story for another review.

So Chole called me and within 2 days she found tenants. she was very quick and provided very professional service. In Chole absence Lizzy was helping with email reply and follow up.

SHF are a breath of fresh air, getting my properties back to a good standard with great suppliers, keeping me up to date at all times and finding new tenants. Highly recommend them.
