(31 reviews)8th May 2024 (5 weeks ago)Agent turned up one and a half hours late for property inspection, no phone call to inform me. When I called their office a women said she has asked the women coming to visit to call me but she didn't bother. When I challenged her she said she had not been asked to call me to say she was going to be late only when she has finished her inspection (who's telling the truth) RED FLAG. She also whined on about being in a meeting and that she had only been working there for a week or so NOT MY PROBLEM not interested in time wasters. I needed to contact my landlord to inform him of the poor service he is paying for and in then contacted PP. A long story short when the evidence was put to Simon Bacon the manager he had no choice but to apologise to my landlord but no apology to me for wasting my time. Always going to apologise to the landlord because he's paying him. VERY POOR appears there is no proper in house or external communication. Glad I'm only going to here for a short period of time.

We were first-time buyers and from the initial phone calls David was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and always willing to go the extra mile. He guided us through the process, offering support and advice which allowed the experience to be as stress free as possible. The whole team offered amazing customer service, thank you all! We also worked with David from Countrywide Mortgage Services who again offered amazing customer service and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. As first-time buyers we valued the time David took in providing ongoing advice and support which allowed us to make informed decisions for our mortgage. Thank you! We would highly recommend both to anyone looking for a home and mortgage.
2nd May 2024 (6 weeks ago)Terrible tactics by these so-called estate agents. The seller backed out last minute without an explanation. So I decided to knock on his door and have a chat. He revealed that Prime Estate agent "Bash" has been constantly knocking his door, telling him his making a mistake and can get more money for the property if he sold it through him. The seller eventually gave in and decided to sell the house through them. I only found out on the day of the exhange that I have been gazumped. I lost around £2000 in fees due to the cheap tactics by Prime Estates. This should be illegal! Shows how low they will stoop to get the sale. The worst thing is the house was sold a further 6 months later for only £2495 more than I offered! What a joke! I will never use this scam of a company and advise everyone else to do the same.

This company sets themselves apart in terms of the personable approach they provide. David conducted the viewing of the property and it was clear he had an extensive knowledge and experience in the industry. I really appreciated his efficiency in getting things swiftly underway once my offer was accepted. I was then grateful to be introduced to Amelia who became my point of contact leading up to completion. Amelia was so supportive and reassuring and instrumental in keeping things progressing in order to help me get to completion as soon as possible. Lastly, I was so grateful to be assisted by Gemma in the set up of my new mortgage and mortgage protection, a service Kingsman provided at no extra cost and completely took the hassle away. Gemma was such a joy to speak to and was very thorough and dedicated to my best interests when setting everything up. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough and would not hesitate to approach them again in future and recommend to my family and friends. It’s five stars from me. Thank you so much Kingsman.

Choosing a estate agents to sell your home and putting all your trust into them is one thing, 5 weeks into a agreed sale to then be told there not even sure the buyers have even got a mortgage in principle, Chris the sales guy was trying to purchase some of the land attached to the property and trying to dictate sales to suit the purchase of the land is very unprofessional, we then decided we wanted to change estate agents due to the unprofessionalism and Chris decided to call up the new estate agents and try to sabotage the new listing, we then had a viewing on the property via the new estate agents and the potential buyer called chosen by mistake Chris was not finished he started slating the property and tried his best to put them off, we are extremely Disappointed with this type of behaviour and unprofessionalism, shocking to think your trusting these people to sell your home .

From the very first time I met Fran she impressed me with her knowledge and professionalism.
