This lady is fantastic! She got me a buyer in 3 weeks and completed in 5 weeks,, she did what she said she was going to do, she grafted, and to think my house sat with two agents for nearly two years and I even did all the viewings.. As soon as we turned up to the first viewing she was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. From making the offer to the keys exchange she has gone above and beyond to make sure we were in the know and up to date. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Bespoke service from start to finish , Fran is always at the end of the phone as and when needed, Fran goes above and beyond her expected level of service and we have been kept updated daily even if there was nothing to report. Fran said she would find our final home for us and she did, and what a ride it has been with several setbacks, Fran has been on hand offering reassurance at every stage and contacting solicitors daily to keep us informed of the progress.
