My partner and I rented a property managed by Brooks. Our experience with Brooks was positive- they were professional, courteous and responsive in all our interactions. When any issues occurred in relation to flat maintenance (as they do), Brooks were efficient and communicated clearly, which was much appreciated. In particular, I would like to thank Aggie, Holly and Robert who were a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay.

I was on a time crunch trying to find a flat, and Brooks Estate Agents delivered! Jade responded immediately and booked viewings quickly. Holly showed me around and was very knowledgeable about the flats and the area. I viewed many flats with different companies, but Brooks stood out with their helpful answers and fair rent prices. Highly recommend Brooks for their excellent service.

The Brooks team (special mention to Jade and Holly) have been a huge source of knowledge and support in Streatham over the years. Having dealt with other agents, I have a good idea of what’s out there and they have been invaluable to me. I always speak to the same people rather than countless new faceless members of staff; they have gone out of their way to advise me and always been extremely fair in their charges. They are personable and approachable, always more than pleasant to deal with. I would never hesitate to recommend them.

I have had the pleasure of dealing mainly with Holly Naegeli and Natalie Jacobs, who have both been incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient, but the whole team is always very pleasant. Any request we made, including those outside of the ordinary, was handled with understanding and with a view to doing as much as they could to help.

I currently rent a flat with Brooks and I have found them to be the ideal letting agency. They have a small and friendly team who are always happy to help and take an interest in you. Aggie is my main point of contact and she has always been very quick to respond whenever an issue in the flat has needed to be addressed. She is very friendly and courteous as well. I have now just purchased a flat through Brooks and they made that process as stress-free as possible. Communication was quick and easy from viewing right up to exchange. Thank you also to Robert for making this purchase smooth and successful. I would definitely recommend Brooks to anyone renting or buying/selling. They are much nicer to deal with than any of the major property agencies.
