24th Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)Anthony May and his team of Shania Nwangoro-Rule and Amy at KFH Tooting have been first class in selling our house. We spoke to a number of agents when considering selling our house. I'd always thought of KFH as a reputable agent for selling in our area and their reviews were excellent. Anthony was the only agent that had done his homework and knew all the individual selling points of our house, which gave us great confidence in KFH Tooting. Anthony suggested a reasonable guide price (within the range we had been thinking of) and their fees were highly competitive. We approached four other reputable estate agents selling in Tooting and none of them were anything like as good, so we had no hesitation in choosing KFH Tooting to market our house and were not disappointed. Anthony and his team were highly efficient and the marketing was excellent. This led to an accepted offer very quickly, at a price we were happy with. Throughout the whole process the communication of Anthony, Shania and the team has been excellent and quick. All deadlines have been met including specified exchange date and then completion shortly after. I would have no hesitation in recommending KFH Tooting to anyone wishing to sell their house. He got back to our questions within the working day, was happy to meet for second, third, and fourth viewings, and kept calm and friendly during the entire purchasing process. 10/10.

18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
