David at Garisson Estates was an absolute godsend throughout the process of buying my shared ownership home. From start to finish, he was communicative and always happy to answer any questions I had about buying. I also want to particularly highlight his patience, transparency, and professionalism during the challenges we experienced around completing. The hurdles and frustrations were taken in stride, and he did everything within his power to get things over the line, which, barring the blockers between other parties involved, would've finished up even quicker than they did.

I recently purchased a flat which was listed with Garrison Estates. From the get go Natalie was attentive, helpful, and went out of her way to provide an excellent service. She picked up phone calls and emails quickly and put in a lot of effort to help the purchase go through as quickly as possible. The sellers solicitors were very slow but she was very patient and good at encouraging them into action. I would definitely recommend her services! Thank you Natalie ????

I very nearly bought a flat in 2022 and this year is my first time renting since uni. Comparing the two experiences, I'd say renting is a lot more daunting. In that respect Natalie Ortiz made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. I've met about five agents over the past couple of months and Natalie is by far the best. Easily the most pleasant, early to viewings and always kept me in the loop with developments. Glad to have her in my corner.

Highly recommended estate agents! They were responsible for the purchase of our flat and we were impressed with the attention to detail, professionalism and all the important info and help that we received. Tailored made approach! David was exceptional in providing every answer and help that we needed and making sure that everything was in order with both lawyers and seller so we can get the flat on time. Similar for Natalie. If I could describe in one word our experience working with Garrison Estates (and Kay, in particular), it would be PERFECT. From the first interaction my wife, Abi, had with him via email, to our viewing the property, submitting our offer, going through the profile checks, and moving in, he was super helpful and warm.
I came back to edit this and say, although the experience during the rental process was great, the support subsequent to that has been less than ideal. As first time renters in the UK, we have been provided with little or no information to make decisions regarding electricity and gas suppliers, which we expected would have been shared at the start. There have been issues with the apartment, and when these come up, the first response is to ask if we did something wrong; nothing is ever an emergency for them (unless the house is on fire); overall the post-rental experience has been poor.
We hope this improves as we're currently locked into a 1-year contract.
