Incredibly professional and friendly service. We were assisted by Patrick who helped me and my partner find the perfect 1st home. We met quite a few agents in the area but Patrick was much more informative and helpful and made our offer to the landlord a reality.... Read more

Absolute rubbish! Very poor execution. They did not secure the place I wanted and tried to switch me into something that was more than £1thsd pm outside my budget. I did find a place with someone else in the end: bigger, cheaper, better location. ... Read more

Charlie Duffield is an outstanding lettings agent! I had a week to find a flat in London in one of the busiest periods for the industry.. He made it all happen. He made sure the whole process was as smooth and easy as can be, provided excellent customer support and helped me with getting everything settled in record time. Also very friendly staff, I got a great coffee and everyone seemed to be happy working there. 10/10 would recommend!... Read more

Contacted them two months ago looking for a flat. A guy name Tom was very nice on the phone but not once in person. He argued that I said my limit was 1,300 pcm while I said 1,200 pcm. However, he showed us 4 flats, none of them under 1,300 (the cheapest was 1,350), insisting in that "the normal thing is to spend the 80% of the salary on the rent. Well, that may be your case Tom, but I don't want to struggle every month to pay my bills. He rudly insists so much on this that he even took a calculator and started calculating how much money we would still have after paying 1400 for a 1 bedroom flat near Portobello Market (btw, I thought the limit supposed to be 1300...). He also added that we will not find a 1 bedroom flat for less than 1300, unless we go to live to heathrow. Well, guess what Tom, we find it in Hackney for 1150, and it is not the crappy flats you showed to us (one of them included the landlords -an old couple that, I guess, wasn't expecting having two girls living together- living on the second floor of the building). I am not saying this the experience you will get with Foxtons. Not at all, at the same time colleagues from Foxtons Archway, Ealing and Greenwich were being incredibly kind and professional with us. I just believe this particular "Tom" from Foxtons Notting Hill is only used to work with wealthy people that would pay whatever they asked for a old, muddy, crappy flat in Kensington. It's fine, just tell me from the begining and don't go wasting my time.... Read more

Chestertons provide 5-star service. Charlie in the Lettings team helped us find a flat to rent in central London. He took the time to listen to our needs and found us some stunning properties. He was very responsive, professional and friendly. He also helpfully transported us around in his Chestertons car. You won't regret using Chestertons!... Read more

This is the worst estate agent to deal with landlords as they are not professional at all I dealt with them and lost a client and a money around £700!! so i do not recommend them at if you are a Landlord do not deal with them! Plaza, Foxtons, Kay & Co. and Manor and co. are much much professional you will never have issue with them like what i faced with Chestertons do not deal with them if you do not want to loose money!... Ricco is one of the best agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is very professional, proactive and was always committed to doing a great job for me. He went above and beyond in every way possible. Anytime I needed anything he responded straight away and in first class fashion. He managed to find me two great tenants in record time and I am incredibly grateful for his service. Ricco, I hope to work with you again very soon.... Read more

Afternoon tea at Harrods, we'll, what can one say..... I was treated to this experience by my sons and it was wonderful. The attention to detail was lovely along with the beautiful surroundings. The staff were amazing and the man who served our table was so knowledgeable. Not being an adventurous tea drinker I told him what I liked and he chose for me, what a great choice it was. The sandwiches and cakes were amazing. My son is Coeliac so had the gluten free choice. This looked, and he said tasted, as good as the regular choice. Definitely worth doing as everyone should have a treat in their lives.... Read more

It's a high-end place where you can't think of buying anything but definitely worth the experience. For me although I was not very happy with the experience as there was no place in such a big mall for sitting and relaxing. Every mall I have been to has some sofas in the center where people can sit and relax or some restaurants or cafes. There was no easy way to find the directions in the mall. Even one of the staffs was not aware where the elevators are. There was no directory listing. I was there with a baby and it was so difficult to navigate through the store. The changing room for babies was stinking. I don't think I am going there again or recommending anyone to go there.... Read more

Excellence abounds on every level at this most wonderful sporting venue! PLEASE don't demolish the place and build a whole new stadium. Surely the correct approach is to replace both the Shed & Matthew Harding Stands with a continuation of the beautiful West Stand, then, once completed, move to bring the East Stand up to the same standard and specification. I think it could be achieved by building two low-rise square towers (approximately 12 storey) at each end of the East Stand to house the Hotels and then joining the Shed & Matthew Harding Stands to the East Stand at 90°. This would then allow the East Stand to maintain its' height by having the third tier strung between the very uppers of each side tower. This is an iconic"Cathedral" of sport, let's keep it up there with the World's very best!!! Tim Casey.... Read more
