Selling my flat was not an easy process, especially with the cladding issues and the constant delays caused by endless inquiries. However, Craig Dougan ,Sales Assistant Manager,was absolutely exceptional throughout the entire journey.<br><br>He was consistently professional, reliable, patient, and incredibly responsible. No matter how challenging things became, he remained calm, supportive, and determined. He never once made me feel that the deal was hopeless or impossible — even when it truly felt that way at times. His perseverance and commitment made what seemed like an impossible sale finally happen. I genuinely believe this deal would not have closed without him.<br><br>I am also extremely grateful to Gurdeep Gohler, who provided professional, wise, and consistent guidance. We've interacted with a lot of different people in our house move, and Aisling stood out for being someone we really trusted, providing expert advice and reassurance. Her communication was excellent, and throughout our time working with her, she consistently made us feel like a priority. He always goes out of his way to check in for updates on my mother's situation and makes sure I’m supported every step of the way, often offering further help without even being asked. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency, reliability, and such a personable approach so effortlessly. A huge credit to the company, and yes, an added bonus that he’s very easy on the eye too. Outstanding service all round

Holly was on time, answered all our questions we had, she put us at ease ensuring us that the place would be cleaned and any damage would be fixed before my daughter moved in. I was a tenant in one of their properties many years ago and now constantly receive emails asking if I want to sell this property despite only being a tenant.
