Absolutely Incredible! The whole process of working with Tom Hawes to see flats around Notting Hill was efficient, effective, and really effortless on my part. What set him apart from other was that he really cared about knowing what I was looking for and helping me understand the area and what was possible. He was extremely prompt about replying to questions, offered ideas about what might be good to look for, was really patient when my indecisiveness kicked in, and made an effort to fit me in on a busy weekend. He really made an effort to show me a variety of places that worked and helped me find the flat that I really wanted to live in.
Called agent for 20 minutes on the Saturday, explaining clearly that I want a particular property advertised on their site. Property was already taken of the market before my viewing on Monday, I was not made aware of that fact. Agent then continued showing me flats for 1500-1600 (technically over wildly over budget) boldly stating that I would not be able to get a better studio for that money. Found and booked a viewing for a one bedroom penthouse in Canary wharf the Same evening with another lettings agent... Wasted 2 hours of my precious time, would not recommend
I would highly recommend Knight Frank Kensington! The wonderful Charlie and his colleagues were absolute stars when it came to finding a flat, they were always punctual, and precise. Charlie took me through the whole process in a very professional and friendly manner. I can't thank you enough for all your help and support.
Extremely unprofessional service on lettings, extremely ignorant agents. dont do their works. Very regret that I rent with them. We have to call them day to day in order to get informed. ??? excuse me ?!
go to Savills, they are much more better agents. knight frank is just disappointingly unprofessional.
Knight Frank were extremely professional, and handled my entire rental situation in the best possible way. Even when I wanted to move out early they were able to help me out and accommodate my request.
Did not sell the sub £1m property within a 2 month marketing period. However, they got a decent number of viewings in, the marketing materials were good and the team was relatively easy to communicate with.
We have had a relationship with London Residential (as landlords of 2 apartments locally) for about a year, most recently with James Baines and Tanya Malik. We have found all the staff to be helpful, proactive and responsive. James and Tanya in particular arranged our latest tenancy in the space of 4 days. When a problem arose this was solved by James in conjunction with his boss in about 2 hours. Knowledgeable, professional, energetic - everything you could wish for in a managing agent. Highly recomended.
I cannot condemn this company enough. Problem after problem after problem with nothing ever being sorted. Rude staff, treated all 3 of us despicably and like idiots the whole tenancy. Plumbing emergency? Forget about it, they don't care. They want money from you? Now that is urgent! Despite our contracted stating a MINIMUM of 24hrs notice for viewings, they called a few hours before and stated they were coming over. When I complained they said they weren't able to give that amount of notice. Complete lack of communication not only within departments but company-wide as well. Greedy, self-serving, rude, ignorant people. Incredibly glad that I will be leaving them far behind. Unfortunately, I can't leave less than one star or I would.
We are so pleased that we chose Knight Frank in Englands Lane to sell my late mother’s lovely large house in Belsize Park. The house was in need of need of a lot of refurbishment work doing to it and so we needed a very particular type of buyer.
Orly and Poppy turned out to be the ideal team to market and eventually find the right buyer for this property. From the start they were friendly and honestly forthright because they know the market in the area very well. They told us from the start that the house market is difficult at the moment and it would take about a year to sell. This was correct - to the month! We were kept up to date about the progress of who was visiting and received regular feedback either by email, phone or when we went into the office for a chat. Negotiations towards the end met with a few hiccups but both Poppy and Orly persevered and eventually they landed the deal and all parties achieved what they wanted. I cannot praise them too highly. Simply the best!
A very well organised agency. Quick to find tenants, highly professional throughout.
Chanel Rodriguez in particular has been excellent and a pleasure to work with.
I can most definitely recommend.
Amazing sensory experience. The place is ridiculously expensive, but it’s worth seeing for the interior decorations, fusion between old and new, shop displays and decorations and all the exotic, exquisite combinations of spices, teas, coffees and sweets. A pleasure for the eyes, for the nose and taste buds. You need a whole day to explore it entirely. If you prefer quieter times, it’s better to go there in the mornings. In the afternoon, particularly late afternoon it starts to buzz with tourists and locals that do their grocery shopping there.
It's a high-end place where you can't think of buying anything but definitely worth the experience. For me although I was not very happy with the experience as there was no place in such a big mall for sitting and relaxing. Every mall I have been to has some sofas in the center where people can sit and relax or some restaurants or cafes. There was no easy way to find the directions in the mall. Even one of the staffs was not aware where the elevators are. There was no directory listing. I was there with a baby and it was so difficult to navigate through the store. The changing room for babies was stinking. I don't think I am going there again or recommending anyone to go there.
