Liz, Ben and the rest of the staff who helped with several viewings on different properties made the whole house buying experience simple and straightforward, even when we had 'issues' with the buyer from our property. Liz kept us up to date and offered advice when needed, checking in regularly to see how things were going, making us feel like valued customers

Very friendly agents, and quick to respond to my communications for maintenance issues. Also nice to see them accommodate for my requests considering I didn't have direct correspondence with my landlord, even when I was asking silly questions as an inexperienced renter.
I'd recommend them based on coming up 2 years with them.

The whole process was really smooth and I had no problem with buying my first house, Liz and Ben were excellent whenever I needed an update on where my purchase was up to she sent it over. Any documents and details were requested from me as early as possible, so the whole experience was a lot quicker and smoother than I was expecting. The whole team were very friendly and I would definitely recommend using Hewitt Adams to anyone in the future.
