I’ve “won” this washing machine, basically I’ve won 2 washing machines in this lot… ohh wait: ive won the one it looks like it was in a car crash!!!! ???? I’ve complained of course… and they just void my invoice, and they refused to give me the machine in better conditions… by law they have to!!!!!!! So… I can conclude this is a scam, be careful, don’t spend your hardworking earned money with them!!! Some of this people don’t deserve to have a job.

Very disappointed from this agency All agency’s in uk are not wanted to give homes to the Indians and I don’t know what is the reason behind it we Indians especially Kerala people are more care for the houses and trying to keep our premises neat and tidy always if 1 person has done anything wrong don’t put it in action to others .this is very disgusting .and more over if child is there no one should approach this agency because ur going to loose ur time . Seriously they will not give homes and they will make some excuses very bad service .and wanted to tell more but this page is not enough for that

Along with the great job of marketing the property and hassle free service they took my sale to completion quickly and at a result I was very happy with.

Alex went out of her way to spend additional time with me, ensuring I had everything I needed to pass over to my parents. Alex has since answered all our questions and always been super helpful! Would give 6 stars if I could and would recommend Alex and the BFL team (who are all lovely!) without hesitation. Sale staff kept saying they were going to come and see the house, but nobody came other than the original valuer

30th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)I have dealt with jones and chapman for over 10 years with different mortgages needed. They know me on first name terms which I feel is easier to communicate and chat with staff. All staff are great. I have had a few mortgage advisors and at present Nicolas Cabo has been the best. Will informed and explained everything as it should. I wolud recommend him to anyone who needs a mortgage. Top guy. Thanks. A.

- 6th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Tatlers. They made contact regularly with the executors, both living many miles away. Updates were also detailed and helpful. The only reason for four stars was the road sign was initially hidden in a bush but they did move it to a more prominent position the next day! I would recommend Tatlers for selling a house on the Wirral and am assured that the friendly and polite staff will do their best to secure a quick sale.

- 9th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

Josh, Charlotte, and Clayton really understand the Northwich market and generated strong interest quickly. They were professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about ensuring things went smoothly. We cannot recommend them highly enough!
18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Let Property on the other hand connected my property to one of their contacts who already had a criteria in place. Easy as that.
