3rd Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Purchased an office chair recently, came incomplete, missing the whole middle part that puts everything together (see photo). The description did not mention anything about it being incomplete, it just stated "LAZBOY OFFICE CHAIR". The photos did not indicate that there would be missing parts. Now I'm out £168 and pieces of a chair. Please be careful and don't bid to avoid dissapointment and financial burdens.

The sale was long drawn out and complicated by a claim for ‘adverse possession’, yet at all times Gethin and his team from Heswall were friendly and professional. A special mention for Dan and the team from West Kirby also, who helped to close the deal out and get us past the finish line! A good job by all and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending their services.- 31st Jan 2024 (12 weeks ago)The whole team at BFL have been great in trying to find us a suitable property. Special mention should be made of Stephen and Anya, both have been unendingly positive and have adapted their property suggestions as they have received our feedback, something that other agents should be doing but it remains a rare talent amongst the profession. I can easily recommend BFL West Kirby as a friendly positive professional agency that should be your first port of call when looking for a house in West Kirby!

They explained processes and procedures without 'blinding me with science' and kept in touch to provide up-dates of how things were progressing in the 'chain'. I would definitely recommend Lesley Hooks to anyone looking for a pain-free service when buying or selling.

Rebecca Bates called to give me a valuation, she gave me good sound advice regarding the sale of my property, and wasn’t at all pushy, something I’ve learned to expect from estate agents. I’ve decided to wait until the market improves before I put my property on the market, when I do, I’ll certainly get in touch with Rebecca.- 19th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Nick Cabo was our mortgage advisor. We weren’t totally sure what to expect as we’d been with Hugo Kelly since the very start but Nick was absolutely spot on. When it came time for our mortgage renewal Nick went over absolutely every detail with us. It was clear to see he wanted us to get the best deal possible that suited our circumstances. Something we were very grateful considering the cost of living crisis. He held off putting our application through with Santander to ensure we got the best interest rate. He is a credit to Jones and Chapman!

- 6th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Tatlers. They made contact regularly with the executors, both living many miles away. Updates were also detailed and helpful. The only reason for four stars was the road sign was initially hidden in a bush but they did move it to a more prominent position the next day! I would recommend Tatlers for selling a house on the Wirral and am assured that the friendly and polite staff will do their best to secure a quick sale.

Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
