After experiencing the heartbreak of an aborted sale, I was highly anxious, but Scott and Lauren handled the entire rollercoaster ride to final completion with unmatched professionalism.What truly set them apart was their communication. I received daily updates, meaning I was never left wondering what was happening. They patiently listened to and tolerated my frustrations during the toughest moments, always responding with calm, expert guidance. The sense of relief I felt knowing they were in my corner was immense. I cannot recommend them highly enough—they are truly the best pick.

Always available for a call if I needed to chase anything up and also working in the background to try and speed things up with the sellers solicitor. No issues at all.

They called to book a valuation, then called again the before, Helela the manager demanded to know what changes had been made before she would bother herself to come out .. I merely asked why she was asking since she was coming anyway to see the house. Case of being too sensitive or bored. Now she won't get to see the house. Will find another estate agent. Did tell her (she's the manager) that I would be writing this review. Unprofessional is an understatement in this case. All she had to do was just confirm the visit - but oh no, she needed a long conversation - to which I said whats the point of coming for a visit then? I could have told you about the house in exchange for a viewing! ?????????????????? They sold me the house and the sale went badly...to start with, this was their second chance. I shall be using different agents as I find these either lacking knowledge, needing to gossip and totally be not professional - I had to pay twice for a survey as they did not get permission from the seller after the sale, to let the surveyor in! From the first time I booked a viewing (I viewed quite a few, too!) to completion, every person I spoke to was so helpful. Kept informed of everything throughout and nothing was too much trouble. If I ever come to sell in the future, I know where I’ll be coming. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.

All the staff are very friendly and customer focused. Hewitt Adams are an Estate Agent that both buyers and sellers want to do business with. Yes, definitely recommend Hewitt Adams.

Kirsty was very informative, enthusiastic and helpful, she also chased both parties and solicitors to ensure the flow of information during the purchase, which in turn helped ensure the purchase went as smooth as is possible. I'd fully recommend the service provided.
