13th Aug 2024 (30 days ago)I am a landlord and I will never work with this unprofessional agency. They provide very poor service and charging expensive bill for their low quality service. Never answering their phone calls. They issued an incorrect invoice with an incorrect description. Even I requested a correction and they refused that. I will make a complaint to HMRC as they provided me false invoice against the services I received. Also my tenants comlained me about them as Connells gave them false info regarding the property and they never answered their phone calls.

Kelly was our first point of call, put us totally at ease and gained our trust in selling without any doubts! Morgan then handled viewings and negotiations and was absolutely outstanding and never minded how many times we rang with 'silly' or important questions and was able to complete our sale seamlessly along with Amelia and the other wonderful ladies in the team! We were always able to speak to someone and get our queries solved and the sale completed with no problems. We would 100% recommend the Bairstow Eves Acocks Green Team! Thankyou so much you are really the best!!

I brought my first house with them and have decided to get them to sell my present house. Beth came out and valued our house she was so friendly, honest, straight to the point and knows her job and did it right, not like other astate agents I have had out in the past. 18th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Jack constantly put value on the positives of our home and was very efficient at handling the viewers negatives. Refreshing!

Matt Ovenden and Matt Mullane were really attentive and supportive throughout the whole process, always there to answer our questions and guide us through each step. We felt really taken care of, and their proactive approach made everything so much easier. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly cares and goes the extra mile, we highly recommend Avocado, they were amazing!
30th Aug 2024 (13 days ago)We engaged with Edwards and Gray earlier this year when we decided to move house. From day one they were extremely professional and responsive when helping to put our house on the market. They provided a good competitive rate and also advised us properly on the price we should sell our house for. They have an amazing process when it comes to taking pictures of your property and making promotional videos which is a cut above the rest in the area and really was something that drew us to the company. We were so impressed with the content that they produced. They made our house look beautiful! They lined up a lot of viewings and worked around our schedule, they also provided feedback for every viewing which was helpful for us. When our house sold they kept in contact with us throughout and even though the process was long due to various reasons out of our/their control we felt comfortable that they were on top of things and made the process very stress free for us. We would definitely use E&G again, they sold our house quickly and minimised a lot of hassle/stress that often comes with moving! I would highly recommend them to anyone. We worked personally with Charlotte and she was absolutely amazing!

27th Aug 2024 (16 days ago)We have been renting with back and gold for a year and it was a nightmare we have mould in all the rooms which at the viewing they told me it would get done which I didn’t and then we were told it’s a old house so we are going to get cracks and mould everywhere. I made several complaints and all the time nothing was done, until we had previous tent telling us they had the same issues with the land lord and the estate agent . I feel like they didn’t care and the worse thing was when we got racially remarks from the estate agent . I have 3 kids and now they suffer from asthma and back cough . We are now in the process of taking it further. It’s a shame renting is hard and to get got landlord and estate agents who are not willing to help it’s even hard everyone is in it for the money.
