Chiara being the main one was absolutely amazing and supported me throughout the paperwork. Evie, Steph and Laura also very very supportive and kind. They gave me advice and guided me through the process. The team is amazing and I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much.

What can I say he was very knowledgeable he explained everything to me from start to finish. Sukie sorted my company mortgage out just like saying not to worry all will be done which he did not disappoint very impressed. If anyone is looking for new/ remortgage I will suggest go to Sukie he will sort it out. Sukie thank you so much and will see you soon with my other project's. Top man

Right from the start, from viewing the property with the lovely Melissa then through to completion, the whole process was made as smooth as possible. Sara worked tirelessly to chase solicitors etc. and to push for a quick completion. I would highly recommend MECS Sales & Lettings and the team.

13th Feb 2026 (3 days ago)I can't recommend Kim enough, my situation for selling was very sensitive and stressful for me and my family, especially having lived on the street for almost 40 years. Other agents didn't seem to acknowledge what I needed, but Kim did. She sat with me on multiple occasions either at my dining table, or on my sofa and listened. Kim really made me and my husband feel at ease with it all and was with us throughout the whole process. She was available at all times and even helped us with our paperwork as we are not that great with technology. When she said it would be personal, I didn't expect it to be as personal as it was, and it certainly wouldn't have been the same without her.

3rd Feb 2026 (13 days ago)I have just completed the sale of my father's house which was started on his behalf. Unfortunately he died just before the transfer was complete and the wait for his probate has taken a long time. Black and Gold's were very understanding and communicative during the two years it has taken for the whole process. Given the length of the process I felt they e-mailed often enough to stay in contact without hassling for information I didn't have. Also, initial contact during the valuation seemed to be professional and fair. Overall I was happy with the experience.
