Just like to thanks the team at Kevin&Co. in finding new tenants and managing contractors to let my property in Stratford. Great service from start to finish. Service from arranging viewing to the actual rental process was seamless and I would highly recommend them. I dealt with Kevin, Krishna and Kirandeep and found them really polite and efficient to deal with. No complaints at all: They found me really good tenant within a week of the property being listed. I worked with Kevin & Co as a resettlement worker for a youth housing and employment agency. We work to house young people who may not have the credit, rental history or high income that many agents and landlords require, so need a flexible approach. Worst agency i came across to i was working with Rebecca and kirandeep they told me to wait a month until i move into the property just for 2 days before moving in date they told i cant get the property i passed all refrence check every biggest time wasters i have ever met definitely never dealing with them again... I was looking for a house to rent for almost 3 months and it was really difficult until I approached to Kevin&Co estate agent. Avoid. Not come across property agents so inefficient. I had no intention of using Kevin & Co for selling my house as I already was planning on using Douglas Allen or Haart but I thought I would try. The agent that showed me another property to buy encouraged to use them but despite agreeing a date and time through WhatsApp, he never turned up to value my house. When I called to chased, he was not even aware he booked me in! The excuse he gave me was he was busy moving offices. He did not even apologise when I told him this was unprofessional.
