Renting a property in London is often a process I associated with a great deal of uncertainty and anxiety, however my recent experience with KFH completely disproved this. At all stages of the process I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of care and attention to detail the team at KFH approached us with. I cannot recommend them enough. A special shoutout goes to Aaron Brown who was a pleasure to work in securing our rental property!

Professional service provided throughout making the process really smooth, was reassuring to know we were in great hands... special shout out to Aaron B. in particular, was always available at all hours and was a massive help in making sure we secured the property we wanted. Alistair from KFH Clapham was incredible, no question was too silly and he managed to drive the sales process efficiently and with ease. He was a very calming presence through what is quite a stressful time for anyone! The wider team were also very quick to respond if I needed them or had to re-arrange a viewing! She was very accommodating and organised, replying to all of our requests quickly (including all the minor questions we had being complete novices to this), which helped make things feel less daunting. We went from viewing the flat, to being all moved in, super quickly, which was in no small part thanks to Lucia and team KFH.
