23rd Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)During my recent search for a new flat, Aiicja has been absolutely helpful, and of great assistance, from day one, in every property she has organized a viewing for me. Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. Thank you, Alicja, for everything you've done for me! Wish you all the best!

18th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)One of the worst companies - a young lady came to present viewing of the flat, what she did was only to open the doors. That's it. She didn't know anything about the flat. She even didn't know information from the advert, was not polite and was defensive on any question. Even if you put application form for the flat, the agency does not send you any confirmation, a few weeks without any feedback from the company - very poor quality

14th May 2024 (30 days ago)Contacted within 24 hours of an enquiry about a property for sale even though it had just gone under offer, I was given a video tour to see if I wanted to make an offer too. Great friendly service and advice from Esther so far impressed in comparison with some other estate agents. Who are apparently “good” in Manchester. This company is excellent ????.
1st Mar 2024 (15 weeks ago)Arranged to view and flat with this estate agent. Called just before setting off on the hour journey to confirm it was still going ahead, they confirmed it was. Get to the property and no one turns up. Call them and they say it has been sold and emails were sent. A huge waste of time and money having booked time off work. Surely worth a phone call to tell me it had been cancelled after they had confirmed just an hour before that it would go ahead?
24th Mar 2024 (12 weeks ago)I called on Friday to enquire about a viewing and the woman I spoke to couldn’t have been more rude. It was obvious that on that day the last thing she wanted to do was work. All she did was give me snappy responses and when she finally did mention I could go and see the house at 11:30am on Saturday, she then snapped again saying ‘well you need to complete the form I’ll send you really quick otherwise someone else will take your spot’ and then she proceeded to say that it will be a block viewing so I asked if it’s possible to perhaps arrange a private viewing as I wasn’t particularly keen on a block viewing and she hang up on me straight away?? If this is how your agents behave and speak to customers then I really wonder how you manage to sell or let anything. Wouldn’t recommend and I’d avoid any future property listings if I will see your name on it.

She was able to answer any questions I had regarding the property and kept me up to date at all times. I would strongly recommend Hunters Worsley to friends and relatives in the future.
4th Jun 2024 (9 days ago)Regency recently took over the block management of a building I used to own in Atherton and did so in an efficient and thorough manner making it a seamless process. They have also provided a competitive and comprehensive budget for my current development in Ancoats and I'm sure purchasers will find Regency extremely easy to deal with.
11th Jun 2024 (2 days ago)We approached Jordan Fishwick in Manchester office, but despite providing the proof of funds they have refused our bank documents as valid evidence and didn’t want to arrange any viewings. This is the first time in over 20 years in investing in properties when the estate agent doesn’t care about the buyers, so we will just take our money elsewhere.
24th May 2024 (20 days ago)We found C&R Properties Hulme a very professional and efficient agency to deal with. We had full confidence in Gurmet after our meeting to launch the sale of our flat. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail, resulting in a very well presented video and quality photos going on line. Communication regarding viewings and feedback was regularly shared with us through emails and phone calls which led to our flat going under offer in a fairly short time and finally seeing the sale completed. We would highly recommend anyone from Ireland reading this who is considering buying/selling or renting in Manchester to give Gurmet a call to get the ball rolling. Marie & Vincent Coffey Dublin

(137 reviews)29th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I would not recommend anyone to use this estate agency. I used them whilst at university. George Singh was difficult to deal with. He tried to hold back our deposit despite there being no reason to. Fortunately, we were able to deal with his complete lack of professionalism and got our deposit back. Since leaving University, I have rented with other estate agents, whom have been nothing but professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. This has luckily restored my confidence in renting. I can only hope that the level of professionalism has increased since I rented with George Adams.

22nd May 2024 (22 days ago)*AVOID* - untrustworthy - unreliable - lacking in customer service skills - unprofessional If you do sign for a tenancy with this company, I would advise that you record & document the condition of the property when handed over. I would advise that you record & document every issue/conversation/interaction that you have with any member of staff, including the maintenance team. I would advise ensuring that you have proof from the maintenance team that any work they carry out has been approved & authorised by the owner of the property & MCR Move where applicable. These recommendations are to ensure you do not receive ficticious charges at the end of your tenancy. My experience of MCR Move has been very stressful, upsetting & costly. I sincerely hope that no other family is exposed to the dishonesty & questionable practices of this agency.

He was always available even in the evenings and weekends. He was always very attentive and friendly. He really does put client service first, always going the extra mile.
25th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Awful, unprofessional and incompetent. Jennie did not arrive for my viewing despite me having received a confirmation email. I didn't even receive the common courtesy of a phone call to tell me she couldn't make it. After ringing the office to let them know I received a phone call from her to apologise and let me know that she would send me a video tour of the apartment. When I asked when I could expect to receive this video I was told she wasn't sure and she would have to check her diary. This after completely wasting my time and efforts. Quite disgusting to be honest. No sense of urgency or respect. Needless to say I am yet to receive the video. I guess her diary was rather full. Either that or they are a pathetic, tin pan operation that are not fit to sell you a cardboard box, much less a house. They actually obstruct the sale of properties not encourage them. Avoid them wherever possible. I'm sure they will reply to this review and question my legitimacy and claims like they have done with other negative reviews (another great way to treat customers)
