No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

18th Aug 2024 (11 weeks ago)Very disappointed with our experience with Newton & Co. Poor customer service. Very difficult to get through to people when you really needed to, which created undue stress and frustration. Quite often we had to chase them up to get feedback following viewings.

31st Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Who takes the photos for the listings? Any photo I see looks like it was taken in 2003. Terrible photography and lighting, poor quality photos compared to competition. Bad angles. Can’t take them seriously. Sort it out I’ve been thinking it for 3 years.

I recently sold my rental property and I was seriously impressed with the knowledge and advice provided by Chris, all delivered with a personal touch. Once the property was ready to market, Chris and the team secured a number of offers within a couple of weeks, and again, he was always available to provide advice on which offer to accept. Throughout the sale process Chris and Jade kept me informed along the way, ensuring the whole transaction went through smoothly. I can’t recommend them enough - great value for money!

I've had a couple of problems which have been sorted within hours by Andrew the lettings manager. Would highly recommend Belvoir. Very professional.

These guys are professional couteous and know the local area and market so well. I would not hesitate to recomend them. In fact I would not use any other agent in my future house transactions. She was knowledgeable, replied to any queries in a timely fashion and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend buying a home through them and if get to work with Rita you will be very lucky.

Secondly with regards to rental property again the team went that extra mile in supporting me from start up to closing the the property and assisting me with prepping and vacating the property for sale. Will certainly be using again.
5th Jul 2024 (17 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
