21st Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Dreadful service, repairs not done and room left like this for 6 months. They are either understaffed, indifferent or incompetent as a company. Staff are friendly and try to help but are just not backed by the company.
6th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I TOTALLY recommend this agent, especially Megan & Lee. We were selling my elderly parents house, and they dealt with the process with compassion and dedication. The photos / drone images were outstanding and the advert was incredible. Within two weeks we had two offers! Definitely an agent to be recommended!

13th May 2024 (3 days ago)David Davies what can we say a roller coaster of a house sale from booking a valuation photos and viewings to completion they were nothing but helpful. The communication via phone calls emails for viewings and reminders and then the feedback of the viewings all was excellent. We found the Portal extremely helpful which helped us to follow the sale progress The staff are friendly and professional Paula is so knowledgeable and helpful understanding and has a calmness which helped with the stresses of the final hurdle 100% we would recommend David Davies . They know their stuff and really drive transactions through but combine that with care and kindness which sets them apart from their competitors. Particular mention for Emma, who was absolutely brilliant helping me with a recent personal transaction; I simply couldn’t have done it without her.

24th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Good service and friendly, reliable staff We are glad we chose JH Homes to take care of selling my parents' house From the initial appraisal by Martin and throughout the entire viewing process, we encountered helpful and supportive staff, who kept us updated on a regular basis. In fact, all the staff at JH Homes were friendly, helpful and professional in the service they offered. They were quick to reply to any questions and always kept us updated via email or on the phone. When the property was finally sold they recommended an excellent house clearance company which was also a huge help. All in all we can recommend JH Homes for individual and reliable service when it comes to selling a property.

1st May 2024 (15 days ago)Arc were confident of getting a sale for the price they valued our property at, however, the price of our property was clearly overvalued to get our custom. We have since sold our property for £15k lower than they said with another estate agent.

18th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Sadly inside two years I had to call upon their services again to sell the flat when my mum passed away. Their care, sensitivity and respect during the whole process was magnificent. Due to probate it took much longer than needed but they kept in contact frequently and held my hand throughout. I am truly grateful for your support. Jacqui and her team are simply The BEST....keep watering that plant Jacqui.
