Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. I cannot thank them enough. Great team. Would thoroughly recommend them.

I had successfully bid for an apartment, however, due to unforeseen circumstances back home, I had to withdraw my application. Paul was extremely professional, kind and understanding of my situation. He arranged for my deposit to be returned without pressuring me into making any decisions. I would absolutely recommend Inner City Estates to my friends and acquaintances looking to rent in London.
29th Oct 2024 (3 days ago)they may be good for landlords, but as a tenant I've been very disappointed. They only do enough, never give you a friendly advice, always pretend to being correct towards all the parts while they're really only caring of their income. Never had big things to complain but many small ones - for example using their fob to get into the building and in front of my door instead of using the intercom to get access, even when invited to. Edit: 10 years after I left this review - they decided to reply with some accusations, so it seems that they haven’t changed! For the records, I left the flat clean, and paid for the end of tenancy cleaning, like requested. But hey, this show again they are not nice. Approach with caution.

2nd Aug 2024 (13 weeks ago)Rent from these people at your own risk.They offer the worst services ,send contractors into your apartment without your permission and when you complain they turn against you.I was forced to move out their property as I could not deal with the rudeness and poor treatment from staff.They started refurbishing my apartment with contractors running up and down the scaffolding and because I work nights,I had to start sleeping in a friends place during the day.And whenever I complained to them,they got rude.Even after I finally moved out,they completely kept my deposit silent and tried working with the landlord to retain the whole deposit.Now they try change their name from Madley thinking they can run away from all the bad deeds they have done.Use them at you own risk
18th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
