17th Jul 2024 (15 weeks ago)Valuation and marketing appear to be on a par with other local agents, however communication was poor. There were significant delays with the sale of my property, not necessarily due to the agent, but it did place my ongoing purchase in jeopardy. I will say that my sale was transferred to a different branch who dealt with the process much more efficiently and was key in ensuring the sale was completed.
14th Oct 2024 (18 days ago)Overall the company was extremely helpful and did make a great job of selling my prpoerty, my only reservation was that after reaching an agreement with the buyer over price, the agent told me that the buyer had decided to reduce his offer - for no justifiable reason; the agent advised me to accept the reduction as he felt it was the best that I was going to get so I did.

Not only because of the professional attitude and successful track record but because there was a personal touch and an understanding of our family circumstances. This continued when we met the rest of sales team on a home visit and we were delighted that Hulya was our point of contact. Our flat sold promptly and for the top end of our valuation. Hulya also worked hard to find us the right property to purchase. Hulya was attentive to our wish list and ‘got us’ right away. She supported us brilliantly with our successful offer.
