28th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)It's been over 1 month since our tenancy agreement ended and still not received our deposit. Did not offer any true updates throughout, we have been told a few times that a refund has been processed but it hadn't, your staff where lying to me on the phone just to get rid of me. Called the landlord, he said you only contacted him in regards to our deposit last Friday, nearly a month after our tenancy ended. I thought a deposit was meant to be refunded within 10 days after the tenancy ended.
25th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)We chose Profiles to sell our house as Chris is so knowledgeable and there are no hidden fees or penalties in the contract. The team carried out all the viewings and found us a buyer within about a month. They were supportive throughout a prolonged sale process, caused by problems further down the chain, and kept us informed throughout. Thanks very much to Bryonie and the rest of the team.
22nd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Do not rent house on Lavenham Close in Nuneaton, landlord lives opposite and you wouldn't want to live across the street from that person. When we rented the house we didn't know that the landlord lived opposite and no one told us about it. Landlord will enter your home without your knowledge or consent. Besides, if something breaks, and it definitely will because the house is very old, nothing will be repaired, we lived in a house with a broken toilet for over 6 weeks and the landlord did nothing about it, we had to move out. Connells doesn't help with anything, they lie and cheat all the time. Avoid Connells.

My house was on the market and sold all within a few days of enquiring, and the purchase of my new home went through quickly. Karen and Mary were really friendly and on hand to help with any questions throughout the process! I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We had a last minute HMO inspection and she went above and beyond to ensure that all the works were completed prior to the inspection. The result was that we were granted a 5 year license. Super happy with the result. Thank you Stacey!
23rd Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Let us a mouldy house and did nothing when we complained. At checkout when we brought this up, the staff were rude and nonchalant about our experience. I don't recommend renting a property through this organisation.

23rd Apr 2024 (22 days ago)We met Jay from Maison estates at a house viewing for my parents. Jay was very professional and informative about the local area and property. We were given ample of time to view the property and Jay was happy to answer all our questions. We made an offer on the property which was accepted and Jay has continued to support us throughout the process. Jay has kept us up to date and has communicated daily to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Jay is a very professional agent and has been brilliant. We would highly recommend Maison Estates!
15th May 2024 (0 days ago)Pleasant courteous staff. The photos were not the greatest . They vastly over valued the property and i had only four viewings in 3 months and no offers. Also i approached them after two months of very little activity, about a dual agency arrangement. I was told fairly firmly that i had a 20 week contract(too long!) and they would hold me to it. As far as i can see the bare minimum was done to market and sell my home.
27th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)I used Bayzos to sell my late mother’s bungalow, I was feeling a little apprehensive about how to go about selling the property and didn’t have much confidence after having visits from other estate agents. Our daughter suggested trying Bayzos as she’d seen their boards outside lots of properties in our local area. I made an appointment and Gary came to meet us at the property. I instantly felt comfortable with him and he filled me with confidence about the sale, telling us what to expect, how much it would cost etc, from then on everything was plain sailing. We were kept updated each week with how the property was performing and had feedback on all the viewings they had. As soon as we had an offer and accepted it we had weekly calls advising us of the progress. Everyone I had dealings with at Bayzos was both friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again, I highly recommend them if you’re thinking of selling your property.
