I used Bayzos to sell my late mother’s bungalow, I was feeling a little apprehensive about how to go about selling the property and didn’t have much confidence after having visits from other estate agents. Our daughter suggested trying Bayzos as she’d seen their boards outside lots of properties in our local area. I made an appointment and Gary came to meet us at the property. I instantly felt comfortable with him and he filled me with confidence about the sale, telling us what to expect, how much it would cost etc, from then on everything was plain sailing. We were kept updated each week with how the property was performing and had feedback on all the viewings they had. As soon as we had an offer and accepted it we had weekly calls advising us of the progress. Everyone I had dealings with at Bayzos was both friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again, I highly recommend them if you’re thinking of selling your property.

I recently had the pleasure of using Bayzos to sell my investment property in Coventry, and I can honestly say they exceeded every expectation I had, especially considering their competitive fee of £1980. Having dealt with numerous estate agents over the years, Bayzos stands out as a true leader in their field.

We used Baysos to sell our house- they were recommended by a friend. The team were friendly and did not disappoint. They set-up a WhatsApp group which made communication very easy. Everytime we had a question someone from the team would reply back as soon as possible. We definitely recommend Baysos for selling your property. We have recently had a viewing with Bayzos. The estate agent was very informative, friendly and helpful. A guided tour of the property first before being left to explore on our own. Very helpful and would definitely look to use them when we sell

I am reluctantly having to sell my home and the team at Bayzos have been nothing but great with communication, can do attitude and answering all the questions I have. They tend to use whatsapp where possible which is perfect when i work full time and in meetings. They send updates, reports and all the viewing responses and feedback right away so you are not stressing about what is happening next. They did photos navigated my tenants needs with lots of care and all round helped things move forward.
Great that my house is now sstc and fingers crossed that all goes smoothly. Thanks to everyone at Bayzos!

Sold my home rather reluctantly and the team at Bayzos were quick to respond to queries, inform on viewing feedback and reassuring when i needed it. They were excellent with communication and great using WhatsApp as I work full time and calls are not always easy to take. The house is now sstc. fingers crossed it all goes through without a hitch.
