25th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)I was originally under a fabulous mortgage consultant who was understanding and couldn't do enough to support myself and my partner through the process. However, that consultant had to take emergency leave so we were passed on to another consultant named Georgina. Georgina was extremely rude and talked to both my partner and I like we were 5 years old and repeatedly talked over us, wouldn't listen to anything we had to say and quite frankly ruined the experience of buying our house. We had to repeatedly contact our mortgage supplier to get accurate information as what Georgina was saying was on times completely different. We sent all information to her which was not passed to the mortgage supplier and we needed to send them directly to them ourselves. When I tried to make a complaint about the horrendous service we received I was told that we would be contacted by not only her line manager but we would from that point on deal with someone else. We were not given another consultant and was attempted to be contacted by her line manager once and when I tried to return a call it was never taken and I was never contacted by them again. I would not only never encourage another person to use this service but I would actively encourage people to stay clear. Awful awful service.

The house was in the market for sometime but the feedback from the viewings we had were well communicated and discussed. After a lot of hard work and reappraisal of the housing market and valuation the house was sold for the current asking price and the sale agreed. Throughout the completion period we were helped by Olivia Louise who were able to contact third parties on my behalf to expedite the process. Good all round service

2nd Jul 2019 (5 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

2nd Sep 2024 (9 weeks ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys
