22nd Apr 2024 (24 days ago)I would never recommend anyone to let through Blundells. They charged me a £500 reletting fee and did not re-let the property. I’ve tried contacting them several times but no one ever calls back. Only interested if they’re taking money from you!

9th May 2024 (7 days ago)Would be zero stars. Disgusted with the rude customer service. Mason is very rude and obnoxious. A person like him should not be in a managerial position. Spoke rudely to my mother in law,withheld applications for properties & kept saying ‘emails have been sent’. We gave a few emails for the applications to be sent and non of them received. He tells us that everyone else has received an email with it. I asked him to give manager details for a formal complaint and he tells me to send the email to him. Ofcourse, I’m going to send an email of complaint to the person I’m complaining about. He did make me chuckle. He then tries to avoid every avenue to give me a email address, and says he’s the manager. Like yes mason, of course you’re the owner of YOUR MOVE and there is no one above you to make a complaint too, whilst your sat at the office in Chapletown! Disgusted by the service. Your move really does need to consider their manager positions for letting.

28th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)I did my research as to which estate agents to use as I had heard lots of horror stories, Reeds rains was one of the top rated with really good reviews so we went with them to sell our house. My husband and I had been in our house for almost 25 years so were very new to dealing with estate agents. We are so pleased that we went with Reeds rains in Rotherham and would highly recommend them to everyone. Nicola was absolutely brilliant as were the other girls in the office. Nicola gave us regular updates during the marketing and selling process and was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and to offer reassurrance. If we ever needed an estate agents in future we would go straight with Reeds rains. Absolutely brilliant! They know their market extremely well. Very polite and helpful staff from beginning to end. Always call back when they say they will and answer emails and texts. 9th May 2024 (7 days ago)Recently sold our house in a couple of weeks with the Banner Cross branch. We were 100% impressed with the commitment of all the staff. Vanessa did the valuation and was absolutely correct in her assessment and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Janet was the link who kept us up to date with every step of the way, regarding viewings and ongoing progress with solicitors etc. Emails and phone calls were responded to immediately. Louise kept us informed of progress with the continuing chain complications. Highly recommend them.

2nd Aug 2022 (1 year ago)It was really easy to arrange a property viewing with Valor Properties. Toni was super helpful and gave us a courtesy call on the morning of the viewing. She arrived early and went above and beyond showing us around, giving us information and allowing us enough time to get a good feel for the properties we were interested in. No hard sell just really genuine and helpful. Looking forward to dealing with Valor again in the future ????
18th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
10th May 2024 (6 days ago)I can highly recommend Bell & Co. The service they offer is professional, friendly and they certainly go above and beyond to make sure the experience of selling is as stress free as possible. A great team to work with.
