Uflit OK if you're selling a house in the area where their office is. Didn't expect much and didn't receive much.

Their first attempt at the brochure and photos was shocking, viewers weren't screened (some had properties to sell but they didn't even have it on the market, some clearly didn't have the budget etc).
We hardly received any feedback despite constantly asking for it.

Uflit we're by far the cheapest and also the best for communication, they also had great local knowledge advising us of the best price to start with

Was unable to sell our house, undervalued it, no communication when arranging bookings, only suggestion to help sell was to reduce the price. Didn't feel like they were working to help us.
