5th Sep 2024 (8 weeks ago)Pretty poor experience on my behalf. Loved a house put an offer in and offer accepted then nothing no correspondence and then they kept it under offer all this time. To be then told it's now not for sale to us. Very very poor service and not once did it say sold as it should have been. A long winded story to be honest. But if you like something and the buyer agrees to sell put sold on it. Thank fully bought somewhere else and I don't have to deal with Tracey Phillips. Thank god !

Extremely polite and friendly staff who go out of their way to support and accommodate any request or question, from viewings all the way to the moving-in date and beyond. The entire team I dealt with—Millie, Zoe, Rebecca, and Alex—was incredible throughout. They actively suggested properties that suited my requirements and worked hard to make the process as pain-free as possible. I could not recommend them more.

26th Oct 2024 (6 days ago)This is my second time using this estate agents and I cannot thank and praise them enough , Milly Archer especially as she took care of my sale and my purchase helping in every possible way she could .. pure dedication to her job .. and not forgetting the rest of the team who are amazing , helpful and so friendly .. I’d recommend this company all day long as they simply can’t do enough for you . Nothing is too much trouble , 10/10 guys you’re all fab x
12th Apr 2024 (6 mo. ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

Always available to speak to with a lovely manner. Janet was amazing and helped me on many an occasion with her advice and knowledge. It was so comforting to have someone to navigate such a complex process.

Nothing was too much trouble, and I was informed of the progress of the sale of the property on a very regular basis. At no time did I have to “chase” Coral for an update, I was kept informed regularly. I cannot recommend Kay and her team highly enough. 5 Stars.

20th Oct 2024 (12 days ago)Wouldn't use any other estate agent. Our first time selling a property and I can honestly say Jason did everything he could to ensure it was as stress free as possible. Within hours of our property going on the market he had viewings lined up. We had an offer fall through and another offer accepted within days of each other. The most genuine, hard working, friendly estate agent around who goes above and beyond. (He even fed our cats between viewings whilst we were away for the weekend!!) Highly recommend!!

5th Jul 2024 (17 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

This is not the case with Winnard. Professional at every interaction. Feels like renting a prestige property from a prestige company.
