She is amazing, very professional, gets things sorted or acts on the matters immediately and always communicates and provides updates till it is dealt with. 19th May 2024 (13 days ago)BTC’s renting process is hassle-free, usually estate agents bring up annoying issues from no-where and total waste of time but BTC is different amongst them. Mitesh handed me key over for 1bed property in Ladysmith road, he seemed a gentleman to me. I truly admire Hima’s service throughout, she was prompt at informing all the updates from the viewing appointment to receiving the key. She assessed and responded to my submitted documents with all promptness and carefulness . Even after receiving the property key there was issues about fridge-freezer nd shower tap and Hima always finds a way to resolve it.she always listens with full attention and always come up with a solution. Hima always responds to texts and phone calls immediately, if she us busy she responds same day. Its not even a month i started tenancy with BTC and i can tell they are not the ones you find here and there now-a-days grown like a mushroom after a rain.

17th May 2024 (15 days ago)I had a best experience with Lawrence Rand Estate & Letting Agents in Ruislip. They educated us about each step, from mortgage pre-approval to closing. Their guidance in understanding the mortgage process was particularly helpful. Probably we had a longest journey to Purchase a house. Team was very cooperative and provided valuable guidance in every step of the way. They regularly had follow-up calls and mails literally everyday with Mortgage advisers, solicitors and us to keep moving the process very hardworking people I owe them all a big thanks. I just can’t say 1 person I would like to thank the whole staff of Lawrence Rand Estate & Letting Agents in Ruislip for making our dream come true. My Special thanks to Alec who drive us through the whole process and help us to cross all the huddles which cant be explained in words. 18th May 2024 (14 days ago)Nick helped me a lot with the purchase of my first flat. I mostly knew which flat I wanted to purchase myself, but there were so many other things to complete. Nick suggested me the solicitors who had experience with flats in the same house, a mortgage broker, showed the flat to surveyors despite me arranging it very late, etc. I am very grateful for all the assistance!

He has been great in liaising with the landlord to help us secure our tenancy and we cannot be more grateful. Would definitely recommend.
28th May 2024 (4 days ago)I recently arranged a viewing of a 1 bed home in Hemel, and had the pleasure of meeting Anna Slotwinska who handled the viewings on Saturday, she was Friendly and helpful answering all inquiries and organised and second follow on viewing of a similar property, both were in nice areas and very well presented, sadly not quite fitting my requirements, i hope to have a slightly bigger garden area or garage for storage, but would like to thank Anna for making the experience pleasurable.

Selling a house is often stressful, especially when part of a deceased parents estate, however Paul and his team took all the pressure and remained professional, communicative and helpful from start to finish. 13th May 2024 (19 days ago)Ernest brooks owes me £55 and not refunded the money as yet. The deposit has been refunded to the tenant but no refund was made to the landlord. Ernest brooks continually chased me for commission management which was due and refused to refund me as claimed that I owed them 2 years of management which isn't true. This is because the tenant has moved out after a year but refused to refund any of money. I would avoid this agent at all cost. There is no reason to withhold money not due to them. They refunded all the deposit to the tenant although the tenancy has not ended yet.
3rd Mar 2024 (13 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

Mr Naz was very helpful,when it came to reverting back and with the entire process ,he made things work out well and with understanding ,it was a good choice to make with this agency ,also the staff working there! I really appreciate the help and concern ,my advice to all of you who have a short time to move places empire chase is really best reliable agency for that.
18th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
17th May 2024 (15 days ago)After engaging with several agents we chose Element to represent us for the sale of our house in Wood Green. The two main reasons for this were (a) George came very well prepared with detailed notes and resources that backed their valuation along with a thorough sale strategy and (b) there were several things said that made it clear that they understood the area and the market as they aligned perfectly with our experience of buying this property 5 years ago. It proved to be an excellent decision as we were able to find an excellent buyer within one month. While their commission rate wasn't quite the cheapest offered it certainly justified given the standard of service throughout the process from photos/advertising to completion.
