It was a pleasure to deal with the small team at the Leeds branch. It was always Stephanie or Victoria who answered the phone - in an upbeat manner - so they knew what was going on. They also made sure my email enquiries got a response the same day; things were never left up in the air. They cooperated well when things weren't straightforward so we managed to complete successfully in the end.

This is a very bad agent. Taking advantage of the sympathy of the tenants, they cooperated with them to move out early, and promised to pay, but in the end they made a new transaction with the new tenant, and then used the lease term of the contract to clean the house.
