I was disgusted by the way treated by Reed today. Firstly l sent them an email to arrange a viewing 4 days ago and did not get a response, when l called the day after the office to chase up the email I could tell they had not bothered to read my email as l was asked to go through the form l had already filled in the email.
I booked appointment for a viewing today for 10am, the agent called at 9.57 to inform that she could not attend the appointment because she could not get into the residents car park and she did not want to pay for parking and she didn't want to get fined. She then tries to book another appointment and my response of course no and her response was "okey dokey" that was so rude and unprofessional.
I drove all the way down to that apartment and payed parking ticket to be there
I would not recommend this agency to anyone
When I first signed a tenancy agreement with Cornerstone they told me they deliver 5 star customer service. 3 years later I've found that to be absolutely true. Zoe, Louise, Justin and the team are a delight to work with, the response to problems/maintenance issues is always quick and efficient, and the communication is excellent. As a young professional, I regularly hear nightmare stories from peers renting from other estate agents in Leeds. Cornerstone is absolutely a diamond in the rough! 10/10.
Excellent service.....absolutely brilliant. And I have had dealing with multiple estate agents over the past few years. But James at cornerstone has completely changed my view on how an estate agent could be like. I think the single most important aspect was communication.

I have always dealt with Laura, although anyone else who I have spoken to has always been friendly and polite.
Right from the initial viewing with Laura, I found her to be friendly, professional and enthusiastic.
She has gone out of her way to work towards the sale of this house, has maintained contact with me throughout, and I have always felt that she has understood just how I have felt.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. If I was ever selling a property, I would definitely be using them.
Sadly having to give a low rating based solely on the workings of the move manager Fiona Blackburn. Unfortunately she failed to communicate messages properly during a protracted move, she lied, ignored requests for action whilst also having a great ability to talk over me and not listen when on the phone.
Her professionalism was summed up by her resorting to text messaging rather than calling or emailing, clearly unhappy at me complaining about her direct to Mark Manning. A more positive review will be left for the Crossgates branch whose staff have been nothing but magnificent and I have resorted to dealing with them now to complete my purchase rather than the move manager which says it all.
I think Fiona's attitude is best summed up by an incident when the sale was close to falling through she suggested it didn't matter as Manning Stainton would get their money anyway as they would resell it for the vendor. If the vendors experience with Fiona mirrored mine I am not sure they would have wanted to relist with them. All round poor!
Whilst the individuals we’re really nice I didn’t get very many viewers. It might have been because my house had already been on the market with another agent but the launch days were anything but a success. They talked large numbers for viewings but in reality the numbers were disappointing. Better than previous agents but property not sold in 12 weeks and it’s in a good area at reasonable price.
Many estate agents promise a list of prospective cash buyers. This one delivered - and swiftly formed a queue of viewers and a 100% offer. Good CoVid precautions. Fine after-sales support. Personable and efficient throughout. First class! Faultless.

Without giving too much information advised that the rent was not something that could be afforded?
When further proof was provided they started backtracking?
Went with someone else and got a better place to rent. It cost a lot more than the property Northwood advertised but it is painfully clear I can afford it.
Would not recommend Northwood at all.
