Jenna is an absolute superstar! She has been attentive and made sure any queries have been answered straight away whilst we are buying our new home. The whole team at morley have been great in providing information and updates when ever we have needed them. I feel like this whole process would of been impossible without them, outstanding service would absolutely recommend for anyone buying or selling a home!
If I could review without having to give a star, I'd give -1000.
I'm currently on a family holiday in Croatia (this is how outraged I am, I am taking family time out to write this review) Utterly disgraceful 'customer service' from the Morley branch. I sold my house via Your Move Moortown branch earlier this year and Marilyn and Beth were an absolute delight, honestly a godsend. Nothing was too much to ask for and they did everything they could to make the process clear and straightforward. Incredibly helpful and without a shadow of doubt they're assets to Your Move. But, what a shame the Morley branch aren't even a scratch on the Moortown team. When my boyfriend and I saw that the flat we've current just moved into (well, trying to) was via Your Move Morley I thought "Fab, we'll be in good hands." Oh god how wrong was I...
Like what some reviews have already mentioned, NONE of our emails nor calls were returned, they were just normal enquiries such as confirmation of moving date, furnishings etc, so nothing which required an answer from NASA. Not even just a courteous acknowledgement reply of "Were looking into it, we'll get back to you." kind of thing. We can't believe how much we had to chase them for answers to pretty basic questions.
Prior to signing any contracts my boyfriend explicitly asked for confirmation that the flat would be ready to move in on the 11th Aug (yes, today), which meant the flat would be deep cleaned, tiles in the bathroom re-grouted, silicone sealant redone etc etc. And this was agreed and confirmed.
9am today my boyfriend filled up the car and went to collect the keys from the Morley office as advised. They had no keys to give. Did anyone think it would be courteous and just good basic customer service to contact the tenants to inform that the keys wouldn't be ready to be picked up? No. A few hours passed and the keys were ready. A big huge bunch of keys which even the agent didn't know which ones were for what, so my boyfriend worked them all out and it transpires that only one out of the bunch actually open/lock something in the flat. But the tipping point was that flat itself has not even been cleaned!!! And there's rubbish in the flat! It's in no state to move into, the soonest Your Move can get someone in to clean is tomorrow so my boyfriend has ended up cleaning the flat himself.
AVOID YOUR MOVE MORLEY BRANCH LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Natalie Adkin was super helpful with arranging viewings and also answering questions and explaining processes. As a first time buyer it can be quite daunting but the process has been really easy. Thank you so much.
Awful experience from start to finish. They care even less, once they have the cash.
On the plus side the send you two horrendously branded mugs to remind you never to use them when you come to sell.
Organised and conducted viewings. When a buyer pulled out they automatically went to the next on the list and made the process as stress free as possible. Everyone has been friendly and offered a professional house selling process.
Really quick to come out and view my property. Gave me great advice about how to price, clear on fees and managed to get viewings and offers very quickly. Some communication issues at the start as the specific agent was on holiday and had to speak to whomever was available led to a slight delay in accepting an offer. But nevertheless still very good and would recommend.
I lived in a property managed by Northwood for the last 8 years. They have been incredible. They are so helpful and professional, really nothing is too much trouble.
Tyler especially has been amazing, I'm genuinely gutted my next home isn't with Northwood.

Very Unprofessional company! Considering I am a cash buyer wishing to view a property I have just received a call from Richard cancelling my viewing as the tenant who does not even own the property says it is not convenient? Well if i owned the property I do not think i would be letting my tenants decide who can view and when? especially when you are a cash buyer like myself.
Richard was making the discussion up as he went along and was clearly out of his depth with me - when asked who i should complain to he then again tried to make excuses! Be Careful of these so called estate agents.....
