can not say enough about Lesley Alexander ! She is with no doubt fantastic, professional and hard working . In a Few words, she is the right person in the right position for the right job ! Manning Stainton should only have people like her ! A real credit to their team .
She knew exactly the whole process of buying and selling including mortgage and council requirements . She worked so hard from beginning till the end by chasing my solicitor, the owners and their solicitors and updating me step by step . We all know how stressful buying a house could be , but with Lesley, forget about it and leave it for Her to chase . And for me as a doctor leading a busy life and had to move quickly , she was a healer and managed to push all parties to complete my purchase in 11 weeks even in Pandemic times. She was the person who I felt that I need to contact whenever something went wrong or slow throughout the process . Billion thanks from me and my family !

Lies and incompetence from almost each member of staff.
From initially being unable to spell our names right on contracts, to organising a open day on a bank holiday, to putting our property live on Rightmove etc.incomplete and removing for several days losing the new nature our listing and depriving us of valuable interest. On the back of that lying about knowing the cause. To accompanied viewers being unable to work out the keys, and parking in the drive which can fit 3 cars and blocking it preventing the viewer from parking and drawing attention to the narrow private street. Lying about what they would tell potential buyers, releasing info we were told wouldn't be released to buyers for example the minimum we would be prepared to accept. Not including all relevant materials in brochures, we printed specific items ourselves and left around the house. Basic agreements like no viewings between x and x were questioned. The move manager was non-existent promised updates never arrived. We had to do the chasing of our move manger who regularly mis-understood and at one point writing in a mail to us the complete opposite to what had happened. Allowing things to happen which were not allowed in their contract.
Manning Stanton increased our stress levels and needed to be actively managed and chased by us throughout. Terrible service, I won't be using them again.
The similarly worded 5 star google reviews from similar accounts appear to be a little suspicious, I would take these with a pinch of salt.
