Completely inept. I sold my house through the Southport branch. The Ainsdale branch arranged for the for sale sign to go on a house of the same number but the wrong street, causing significant upset to the owners.

Personally with my experience as a buyer I wouldn't put my house up for sale with this company, non returned phone calls, will find out and call you back never happens, actually felt like I was bothering them just wanting to view a house.

Just viewed a property as well as having a valuation. At the property viewed we were met promptly by a lovely friendly girl from Ball & Percival who introduced us to the owner of the property and helped show us around. She clearly had a good & genuine rapport with the owner which I thought was impressive and showed she took a real interest in the people she was helping in selling and buying their homes. The same day a young man from the company viewed our property. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and again seemed like a real people person who wanted the best for the customer. I have dealt with estate agents in the past but haven't come across any as customer focused as this company. Would definitely recommend.

Our house marketed for less than 24 hours, one accompanied viewing and an offer accepted! We are extremely pleased after two bad experiences with other agents. We should have used Ball and Percival in the first place! Very impressed.

The only estate agents I would ever sell with. I used to own an estate agents in Southport so I know a little about the market and all the agents in it. I have used Ball and Percival to buy and sell on a number of occasions. This time we purchased our home through them. The staff in the office are super professional but also very friendly and down to earth. Their ability to handle information helped our purchase go through smoothly and in a timely manner. They are my go to agents.
