First Class Service. Thank you all for the professional, friendly and efficient customer service
So unprofessional!!! I was told I could not view properties at weekends as my house was not on the market yet. As soon as I put my house on the market, I went into the agency to arrange a viewing for a weekend as I work all week out of Southport so cannot do midweek but they then told me I had to have a buyer ready to be able to view properties at weekends. Well, it safe to say I will not set my foot in that agency again and those poor vendors have definitely lost a potential buyer, who knows maybe more, judging by the attitude and professionalism of those agents!!!
Great service buying and selling from all of the team. Special thanks to Amanda for being a great intermediate during the conveyancing process and Naomi for the fab photo's.
Terrible experience with so called estate agents..! Similar to previous review posted on here about them they lack any customer service, no real contact, always had to ask and chase for feedback been with them for one year nearly only generated one viewing on property ..! They have incompetent and un interested staff working for them just complete waist of time like many estate agents promise the earth deliver little except excuses!
Great service, and inexpensive. I know a few people who sold through Maguires and all happy.
ive just had a cheap and nasty experience with these people who have through wasted time and poor effort lost me approximately 2k since being with them. I gave them a second chance to redeem their behaviour and because I was more cautious and who could blame me. They would not comply with my wishes i.e. that the next so called buyer would need to have cash they have eventually pulled me from their sales making out that my flat priced at only £70000 was almost impossible to sell because I also preferred a settlement period transaction of 4 to 6 weeks which is not impossible when someone has cash and no chain both sides. Offenders never pardon as the old saying goes Beware.....?
