Thank you to Barnard Marcus for your exceptional service but a big huge special thanks to Kyle! We couldn’t be more happy to FINALLY deal with someone who is competent at their job and understood our needs and wants. We were heard and felt seen and not treated like a pot of money unlike some other companies we went to. He made us feel at ease and was completely transparent throughout our entire process start to finish. He’s professional, friendly and a very approachable negotiator which seems quite difficult to come by these days. Kyle regularly checks in on how we’re doing and if we have any issues (which have been none). Fully recommend going to Barnard Marcus

We are in the process of purchasing our next home and re-mortgaging the current one. We used Marina as our mortgage advisor 8 years back and she has helped with our mortgage renewals. This time though I approached Marina when we got in to a fix with another mortgage advisor, suggested by someone else. When others were unable to resolve the challenge, Marina's out of the box thinking was able to provide a positive outcome. She really considered all the possible solution and provided us with a solution that best suited our situation. Her deep knowledge of the market secured me a deal that was far exceeding my expectations. She has always been very clear in her communication about what is achievable. We would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.
