Sales team are good but lettings are a nightmare. 2 weeks into the tenancy non stop problems every single months rent late. Doubt I’ll be renewing with them. I worked in Property a few years in Lettings and thought I’d seen some bad PM companies but my God. Go with Dexters, Marsh & Parsons, Foxtons, Savills almost anyone but these. Their incompetence has cost me hundreds and it is no suprise why their “management” is free

She was amazing and really listened to what we wanted, she has an eye for detail and generally seems like she cares. She did her absolute most to help us and we really appreciate her work! If i can leave zero star I will. The agent Daisy called me jn the morning today agreed on schedule at 5:30pm for viewing on Camrose Avenue in Feltham but she didn’t showed up & was not answering the call whilst we travel together with our newborn until the area. Daisy didn’t even left the house number for us to know where to go when she said she’s sending a text message but nothing came.
