Told it'd be a fair viewing system and everyone would get a chance to view it before a decision, so don't worry about making an early viewing and late week one would be fine, to then be told one of the first viewers have been accepted. Pretty disgusting service, if the landlord can decide to take the first viewers then why lie to people about a "fair system".... Read more

Letting team is shocking. Neglected to tell me about weekend viewing opportunity opening even though I asked 2 times previously. Then didn’t tell us the property was already let or cancel the viewing until we emailed the day before to check the viewing was going ahead! When enquiring regards to a valuation I spoke to a lady who was rude, abrupt, and couldn't careless. Speaking to Howard who works there he was exactly the same, and couldn't put the phone down on me sooner. If they cant handle a valuation enquiry, can they really handle a sale of a house?
